I am very pleased with the services provided by the staff to my mother-in-law. The food is good, in test. Cleanliness is remarkable. Though we come every day, I have found that my mother-in-law's room is always clean. She never smells, and she and her bed are always clean and smell fresh. Any time we
request something, the staff are eager to help us.
Overall, I am very pleased that my mother-in-law is in this care home.

I had a lovely afternoon with my mum who is in daffodil unit. The staff are caring and the activity ladies and nurse made it possible after months, to take her to the Asian temple.

I find this care home very homely. One staff member in Cedar Ward is especially caring and considerate. Although sometimes their clothes go missing or maybe to other residents.

We would like to thank all the staff from the daffodil and cedar wards that were involved in caring for my late mother. My mother had dementia and first joined the care home in 2017. Throughout my visits, staff were always supportive of her needs and regularly updating me about her condition. Staff
encouraged her to participate in activities and spend communal time in the prayer room. During covid, staff video called me. As a family, we are grateful for the care she received. Thank you to all members of the team!

The staff at Birchwood Grange Care Home are excellent and kind. The management team are professional and experienced. They care for my grandma who has dementia, with dignity and patience. The care home has provided excellent care for my father since he moved there. It was a difficult decision and journey for my family and I, but the staff and management have been extremely accommodating in meeting his needs. They have made the difficult process of having a loved one in a care home easier

My mother who died last week had been a resident at Birchwood Grange Care Home for ten years. When Avery took over mum went into a nursing unit. The care she received from the staff was first class, she survived the pandemic to die peacefully at 98 years. She was treated as an individual, they loved
her staff and doctors alike, and gave me every support towards the end of mum's life.

My husband has been in Birchwood Grange for four and a half years. He is well looked after, and he receives good medical care from the nurses and visiting doctors. He receives visits from a barber and chiropodist to help with his personal care. The gardens are very nice and well-maintained. Entertainers
visit, also the activities team are on hand to keep residents stimulated, although my husband would sooner watch his own television in his room.

My dad has had very good care since he arrived in December 2017, with his dementia condition and resulting needs always met. The staff are personable and attentive; working very hard to keep residents clean, fed and entertained. The cleaning regime is regular and thorough, but the rooms are looking
tired and in need of refreshment. Some furniture also needs replacing (my dad's bed broke today). Otherwise, we are very satisfied.
