The staff have all been very welcoming to me and my Mum. I am only here for an hour a week to visit but during that time I observe that everyone is dedicated to caring for the residents and go out of their way to be friendly to them even during stressful moments.

My partner has been here only a couple of months but already it feels like home. He didn't want to come here but now he appreciates the care, attention and kindness of all the staff. The staff extend this friendly relationship to family members too, which is much appreciated. Altogether, very highly

We didn't have a single complaint.

Dad has been in Bourne House for more than a year. I always found him in a safe environment with nurturing carers, who are always smiling and ready to help. The care have accommodate the patients as well and meet their nursing and mental needs. Thanks a lot to all Bourne House management.

After 10 weeks in hospital, my husband was transferred to Bourne House Nursing Home. Within a few days, I noticed a remarkable improvement in his condition, more relaxed and content. All the staff have a good understanding of Alzheimers and how to treat it, in a pleasant environment.

I was so pleased for my husband to be assigned to Bourne House Care Home after he was discharged from hospital as I had heard great reviews of it and once worked in the kitchen years ago!
In particular, the staff are so kind and caring - it's taken a great weight off my shoulders!

On arrival, the team made my dad feel very welcome. They are all very attentive and very professional at all times, together with making it feel like a real home. I have been kept up to date with my dad's progress in the few weeks he has been in Bourne House. The staff are so friendly. My dad has blossomed
since being in the home and I am so very happy for him to be here. A real family atmosphere. The home is so very clean and I can't thank the team enough, for the care they are giving to my dad. I truly made the right decision to bring my dad to Bourne House.

A warm, friendly welcome from all staff on entering the home. After a few visits, they knew our names and who we are visiting. Early visits, they asked the family lots of questions to get to know the new residents and put together a care plan. Room a good size, highly decorated and well equipped. Staff
always available and popping into check if anything needed by residents. The staff are always friendly and cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble. We, the family, feel their care helped us get our family member home. so highly recommend Bourne House. You struggle to find a better home.

Mu uncle has settled down nicely. He seems happy, though communication is difficult with him. He is well looked after by the carers, who treat him with dignity. His room is spacious and clean. Overall, the nursing home is taking good care of him.

My father has been in Bourne House since December 2019. He always looks clean and tidy, well-fed and happy. The staff always greet us with a happy smile, when I come to visit Dad, offering us tea/coffee. When you walk into Bourne House, it is always fresh, clean and tidy and we know Dad is being well
looked after.

My mum was brought to Bourne House, five days back. The staff have been extremely caring and attentive to ensure her smooth transition to the nursing home. The facilities are excellent, really first-class, lots of light and it's very clean. Really happy to have my mum here, could not find a better place.

My husband arrived at Bourne House from hospital a year ago. He had been diagnosed with dementia, was gaunt, unable to walk and not interested in anything. From the first day, Bourne House had a welcoming, happy atmosphere. He has received the best care and nursing plus excellent food and his health
has improved greatly. Although he still has problems, he enjoys the activities and the company of the staff, who look after him. He has a very pleasant room, overlooking the garden and he really enjoys going into the garden when the weather permits. The staff are patient and kind and have helped me to come to terms with his condition and problems as well as helping him. He is well cared for.

My Dad has been here since Oct 2021, he has settled down very well, He is enjoying the environment and feels at home. The management and staff are excellent. They are very time considerate to the resident and the relatives. It is an excellent place to be.
