Our mother passed this last week having spent the last two and a half years at Fernbank. The level of care she received throughout was extraordinary - sensitive and appropriate. Dignity, respect and kindness was shown to her every day by every staff member we encountered. We simply cannot praise them
enough, or recommend them more highly, and are very thankful mum spent her last years there. x

My mother was at Fernbank for her final eight months of life. We watched her blossom and come out of herself, she danced again for the first time in years and laughed every single day. She couldn't stop saying how happy she was and how lovely everyone was. The staff, each and everyone, are so caring,
helpful and kind, from those in charge, carers, nurses, kitchen staff, cleaners and helpers. I can't thank them enough for being so human and patient and treating each resident accordingly. I cannot recommend this beautiful home enough.

We found Fernbank a very friendly and caring home. The carers would always go the extra mile to meet the needs of all the residents.
They would always speak to my husband, even when they thought he was sleeping. They made him feel welcome and included within the whole home. He could not participate
in the activities but he was never left on his own, always felt included. The management were always visible and approachable and have created an excellent environment for the residents and their families.
