I went to see the care home they were very helpful and caring. Everything was clean, the staff was extremely polite all the time and they made feel at home. The space outside is very big, cozy, the perfect environment for all the residents. I'm pretty sure that I will be back!

From the day Mum arrived at Hugh Myddelton, she has become calmer and more peaceful. All the staff have been so supportive, gentle and kind. My Mum was at Hugh Myddelton for the last four weeks of her life. The care she received was wonderful - we could not have wished for anywhere better for her, or nicer, kinder, more loving people to care for her. She was treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and the care extended to our whole family. We were welcomed at any time of day or night, and the staff took a genuine interest in us as a family, not just seeing Mum as a patient. We cannot express strongly enough our gratitude to all the staff for making Mum's last few weeks of life as full of love and care as they possibly could have been. Thank you.

All staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful towards any visitors. So overall, the atmosphere is of a very happy, well-managed home. My husband seems to be relaxed and happy there. The facilities all seem to work well. The garden is a great asset in good weather.
