Very caring and pleasant staff. I would have to say top of the league.
I have always found the staff at Lansdowne Care Home to be courteous, extremely kind and attentive, not just to my friend/auntie who was a resident there, but also to myself and my family. They were always accommodating and treated her with respect and dignity. She was very happy there and always spoke very highly of the nurses and carers. I am particularly grateful to the activities organisers for arranging the video calls during the pandemic. The only thing I would like to point out is that when my auntie passed away, I felt that even though the nurse who informed me of her passing was very kind, she was inexperienced and misinformed me about what I should do next, which caused some complications. It would be good if this is addressed so as not to reoccur. Aside from that we have, overall, been extremely happy. The home is in a good location with ample parking and has good facilities. Forever grateful, thank you.
Thank you, Androulla, for taking the time to leave us feedback on your experience with us. We are so sorry to hear about your auntie, but pleased you felt she was treated with the compassion and dignity she deserved during her time at our home. We take all comments seriously and see them as an...
I would like to say a big thank you to all at Lansdowne for their fabulous, hard work and dedication. During the pandemic (COVID19) the nurses and, especially, the activities team did a fantastic job to connect me with my father. I would have not been able to see my father for the last 18 months if it wasn't for them and words cannot describe what this means to us. Of course, their support has helped my father to see his children and his grandchildren. Once again, thank you for your support.
I would definitely recommend Lansdowne Care Home Cricklewood and I am grateful to the wonderful staff who have been so helpful to me, my mother and my family. Thank you to them all.
I am very happy with the wonderful care that you are giving my husband. You all are very caring and helpful.
My mother seems to be happy and content and is doing various activities.
All of the staff are genuinely caring and work hard to make sure my mum receives good care. They are also very supportive in facilitating virtual contact in-between visits to ensure family contact. Always friendly and professional.
The staff are sweet and kind.
Care home staff are like family.
I have found, in the short time my mother has been here, that everyone is caring and extremely courteous and nothing is too much trouble.
It is reassuring and comforting to know that my mother is being well cared for and that a great deal of effort is made to provide activities for all occasions.
My father has been in the care of Lansdowne for over 2 years. He has been treated with care and dignity throughout. During COVID he has been kept safe and well. We are all extremely grateful for their time, support and patience.
Thank you for your comments about your recent experience at Lansdowne Care Home. Our residents’ wellbeing is our main priority and it is great to hear that you were so pleased with the quality of our care.
From the manager to all the staff, this care home has been very uplifting and cheerful throughout this harsh pandemic.
Lansdowne Care Home is of the utmost excellent care home I have seen. The care home is clean and tidy always with excellent facilities for residents. The staff are also excellent, they are caring, helpful and totally unique with their understanding of the needs of residents and their families. I would rate them 10/10.
Lansdowne is a well-positioned and designed home, with each floor having individual rooms, a dining room and spacious lounge facilities - all pleasantly decorated. Regular activities are provided indoors and in the patio garden, when weather permits. But it is all the staff and management who really make Lansdowne the happy vibrant home it is. They are without exception dedicated, caring and professional. They are totally committed to the needs of residents and supportive of relatives. My husband is extremely happy and content. I couldn't wish for better care for him.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback about our home. We are pleased to hear that your experience has been positive and appreciate all of your kind comments about our team. Take care.
Today I came to Lansdowne Care Home. The manager was very polite and accommodating. We discussed the funding of my elderly friend and thanks to him everything was sorted promptly and efficiently I'm very happy with the care she receives here, I'm really grateful.

Rooms and amenities, excellent rooms, very well equipped and decorated with excellent dining and living space and access to all levels of building. The staff are all very attentive and kind and very caring, both to my mother and myself. They try very hard to accommodate her's and other residents' wants and needs even though sometimes they can be a bit overstretched, during staff holidays and sickness (I have taken this up with the home and they are trying to remedy it) even then, they are still always smiling. A new house manager and regional manager have been recently appointed and they are both very enthusiastic and have great plans for the home which is very encouraging. They are also very open to comments and discussion with both residents and relatives, which is very important. My mother is very happy there but anything that will make it better is very welcome.

My grandfather is very happy in the care home, staff are nice. We are really happy with how they are looking after him. I am very grateful to the activity girl for doing his shopping and providing books and newspapers every day. I just want to say keep up the good work.

All of our staff are committed to providing the best possible care experience for all of our residents and it is very rewarding to have their efforts recognised.
The new manager has certainly improved the home. Having said this, if they could provide regular activities, suitable music, stimuli I would upgrade to extremely likely.
Thank you, for your feedback following your recent experience at Lansdowne Care Home. We are happy to learn it has been a positive one.
I was so pleased how the home celebrated the 70th Anniversary of Windrush Day on Friday 22nd June. My mother and other residents were very happy. It is very beautiful how the Activity Coordinator interacts with residents and she did a good job for residents to celebrate this occasion specially this year. The home manager was with the residents while songs were played. I am glad they care about residents' background and all celebrate as one I am so happy my mother is there.
