My mother has been in this care home for about a year. Things have been difficult but we have had 100% support form the home's manager.

I can see improvements ahead.

Came to celebrate our uncle's 100th, the staff were wonderful. My first impressions were clean - spotless, staff were helpful and friendly. Very impressive. I cannot comment on some of the tick boxes as I do not know, but our uncle's son is extremely happy with the staff and care here. Thank you.

Nan was moved to Roding House in March 2019, this is where she spent her final 2 weeks.
The staff at Roding treated Nan and us as a family with love, care and respect.
The evening staff on 18th March were excellent in how they treated Nan even after she passed away.

Keep up the amazing work.

I find the home clean and fairly modern. It has all the equipment you expect to find in a care home. The food is not bad but there is room for improvement. The staff are friendly helpful and attentive most of the time. But again there is room for improvement there also. Parking is no problem.

My mother lived in Mornington Hall for 6 months. She had some dementia and needed nursing care. Throughout her stay, she was treated with kindness, dignity and professionalism. The home seems well-staffed. Mum was always clean and she was attended to promptly if she needed the toilet. The food was nicely cooked and my mother was given fruit at every meal because she liked it. Her room was comfortable, the place was clean and smelled fine. The staff were patient and understanding when mum didn't behave so well. There is a hair salon for residents on site.

As mum moved towards the end of her life, they were compassionate and diligent. They checked for signs of any discomfort when she could no longer communicate and they ensured she had the drugs she needed.

It was a great comfort to know that mum was treated so well during what was a vulnerable time of her life. I recommend this care home without hesitation.

It was with great sadness when my nan could no longer live on her own and needed to go into a care home, but I could not be happier with the way all the staff care for her at Mornington Hall Care Home. The kindness, care and attention my nan receive are second to none. On my visits, I am always made to feel welcome and the home is always clean and well maintained.

Since Father arrived here I've seen changes in him, I find his mobility has gone down, needs more activity. He's also on daily insulin. I'm pleased it's been maintained. I'm pleased to see that the staff are helping to control his moods.

My father is a resident at Mornington Hall and I visit him whenever I am able to from the Netherlands. The home manager has been warm, welcoming and professional during these visits. I appreciate the way (approach) this manager is in her communication and her dedication in providing kind care. She brings a very positive atmosphere to the table.

When my husband needed to come to Mornington Hall Care Home it was the saddest time of my life. I cannot tell you how wonderful it has been to see how well he is cared for. I visit frequently at different times of the day. He is always clean and comfortable. Although the staff work very hard, they always have a friendly word for the residents as they meet their needs. I am always made welcome. Mornington really does put effort into making it the resident's home.
