Norwood Green Care Home in Southall, Middlesex, offers 24-hour care and support for older people in a comfortable and homely environment.

The home can support people living with a range of differing health needs, including residential, nursing and dementia care and respite and short breaks are offered subject to the homes' availability.
   
As well as access to lounges and dining rooms, residents benefit from a library, a coffee lounge and private and peaceful landscaped gardens. There is a spacious activities room used for games, hobbies and crafts organised by the dedicated activities coordinator as part of the weekly programme of events. I cannot praise the staff at Norwood Green Care Home highly enough. They are warm and friendly, patient and caring, and I am confident that my husband is in the best possible hands, which is very comforting. The environment is spotlessly clean and welcoming. Altogether excellent.

My mum was at Norwood Green Care Home for a few weeks after being in the hospital to recoup. Mum was well looked after and misses the staff she knew well. I was always made welcome, and the staff were always very patient, answering my questions and making changes where required for Mum. The minute I
stepped into the building, there was always a warm welcome. The whole team starting from the manager, are all very dedicated to making the experience and care of the residents the best they can be and keeping them safe and comfortable. The manager went out of her way to ensure Mum got a room that was in the same position as the last time Mum stayed there, which made a big difference to Mum's stay. They have a great maintenance team also, who made sure Mum had everything she needed in her room. We will be back!

Excellent care was given to my brother, he was in very poor health and needed everything done for him. I believe he only lived as long as he did due to the care he was given. Whenever I visited, the staff were always helpful and friendly and all staff said hello to you.

My mother stayed at Norwood Green Care Home in May 2022. She was comfortable, safe and secure here. She was treated with care and dignity by the staff from the first day. I would not hesitate to recommend this care provided to friends or family if they needed similar care or treatment.

My mum went into Norwood Green in September 2021 until 29th March 2022. Very disappointed with the service. No activities. My mum has declined physically and mentally since she was there. Residents walking around with no motivation because the carers don't interact with them. The manager and carers
seem friendly until you tell them your concerns about my mum's health and hygiene, then they are not friendly anymore. Definitely not a place for people with Alzheimer's whom they have mobility and are still more or less independent.

Norwood Green is an amazing home. The staff are really caring. My grandmother loves the home and feels safe. She loves Asian food. The home is very clean and tidy. The rooms are really good. The team are very quick in answering the calls and never has to wait for a long time. Amazing care home!

The staff are very friendly, caring, helpful, quick to answer the phone and any questions, and will get back to you. Meals look very tasty and my dad is enjoying them and he has definitely built his nourishment up and is looking very well. He is also moving about much better.
