My husband has been a resident of this place for the last 2 and a half years. The care home is run reasonably well and residents are looked after satisfactorily. However, there is room for improvement at this place in terms of care, hygiene, food, cleaners, staffing and environment. Some of the issues/concerns are being addressed but a lot to be done to address the other issues/concerns.

My husband stayed with you for one week in March 24/31. He has had respite in a number of care homes in the vicinity, none of which match up to the care and nursing you give in Norwood Green. The only thing I have a problem with is the door to his room has to be held open with a chair as the door stop has been missing since he moved in there, I have mentioned this several times, because of fire risk.
The management and staff have always been very co-operative and do their best to accommodate the individual wishes of the residents. Sometimes there can be a slight communication problem on both sides.

He holds a Bachelor's in Nursing, is a certified Dialysis Technician, and has a Master's in Hospital Management. Sipin's diverse experience includes work in the Medical Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Trauma Care, Cardiac ICU, and Dialysis Unit.
