Red Court Care Home

From the cleaners, chef, assistants, nurses and management, my dad and family who visited him were treated so well. I felt my dad was really cared for as were all his visitors to the home and the support given was amazing. 24/7 access is a real plus in our situation and the nights we stayed again we were all looked after so well. Cannot thank you enough for the care given to my dad and my family. Thank you.

Having looked at a few homes and feeling very low Red court Care Home was recommended to me to view. Wow! What a lovely place, friendly, clean, patients well looked after. During my late husbands stay they couldn't do enough for him and as a family looked after us too. If I have to go into a home I would only want to be at Red court. Well done to all the staff.

My aunt was moved into this care home 4 days prior to her death. She received A1 care whilst there. Thank you. The care staff and the management team were brilliant.

Perhaps one more member of staff would have been helpful. The television in the lounge needed a working remote control and also a soundbar as the sound was not great particularly for elderly people with hearing problems.

The cleanliness, hygiene, food - in short, everything that pertains to this stay has been excellent. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. The staff are resident focussed and this is evident by the atmosphere at Red Court. My mother's state of health has improved incredibly. She herself feels much better and we can only say that it is all due to the care and attention given by all at Red Court. Thank you so very much.

Mum stayed for a week's respite break and, overall, we were delighted with the experience. All the managers and staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was lovely. There were one or two hiccups, mostly due to communication issues (e.g. messages or info not being passed along) which perhaps prevented Mum from getting the most of her stay. This was our first time for using a care home so we were unaware of potential problems, what questions to ask, or what issues to be firmer about. I have no doubt that we made the right choice in picking Red Court.

I would highly recommend this care home should anyone need a similar service, and I wish to thank everyone at Red Court for their excellent level of care.

During a particularly tough time health wise for my mother, sadly leading up to her passing away in October '18, the Red Court team were so caring, above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Giving the family the peace of mind that Mum was in safe hands at all times. The property, gardens and rooms are all very well maintained and we were always made to feel welcome. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making my Mum comfortable and happy for her last months with us.

Delightful physical environment. Fresh, bright and cheerful. Accommodating, friendly and efficient staff. Brilliant food supplied by a dedicated, skilful team (try the soup). Excellent, wide-ranging array of activities - good and enjoyable. Mega.

Red Court is a very well run home, dealing with a very large variety of different health issues. The staff are all very caring, and cheerful which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere, you have a feeling you are with friends and family, and I know I shall miss them.

Bedrooms, bathrooms, dining rooms and lounges are clean and tidy, some rooms have been renovated with more planned. The food is excellent, the catering staff do an amazing job. Gardens are well maintained, some areas have slopes that are not easy for wheelchairs but changes are being made. Total perfection is hard to achieve but Red Court Care Home is very close to that accolade.

I would definitely recommend this care provider to family and friends and use these services again in future, should the need arise.

Mum really enjoyed her stay at Red Court Care Home. The consistency of care and warm friendly welcome she gets each holiday respite is wonderful. I can leave her with an easy mind and have a really relaxing break knowing she is well looked after. In fact, this time when I went to pick her up she said "what are you doing here" I thought I could stay another week! She is looking forward to another stay soon!

Whilst my Dad was at Redcourt he received excellent care from a fantastic manager and her team. Everyone was so kind and caring. Redcourt is a small friendly nursing home with beautiful gardens. Sadly our Dad was resident for only 7 weeks before his death but the support that we have been given as a family has been outstanding.

I would certainly return and also recommend Red Court Care Home to everyone. I could not fault anything especially the quality of staff.

Everybody was so friendly and understanding through such a difficult and emotional time - we'll never forget them or the beautiful room and surroundings at this very special nursing home.

Beautiful home in delightful grounds. Very welcoming and always with a relaxed, informal ambience. Immaculately clean everywhere. All staff excelling in their roles at all times and so very friendly to visitors. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Everything about the home is very good but I would like to praise all the staff who are all excellent and very considerate.

We are very pleased with the care and attention provided at Red Court Care Home and would like to say thank you to all the staff. It is most likely that my wife will return in future for some respite.

Staff are all very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The food is well cooked.
