The home offers a number of facilities, including a large gym, in-house physiotherapy, a hairdressing salon and a low-level kitchen ,Conservatory with patio area and a caffe providing refreshments throughout the day . Wilsmere House Care Home also has beautiful gardens with patios and tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms. The home has free wifi throughout the home .
Residents are offered flexibility around mealtimes and special dietary requirements are catered for. The home offers an extensive activities programme where residents can pursue hobbies and interests. My husband Alexei has made a great improvement in his physical and mental health, to a large extent thanks to high professionalism, patience, kindness and attention to detail by nurses and care workers in Brookfield. They have the rare and valueable skill of engaging with residents and relatives, attending to the residents' needs and thus contributing to their rehabilitation together with physiotherapists and expertly guided by the management.

My dad stayed at Wilsmere House Care Home for respite whilst I was on holiday. It gave me peace of mind that he was being well looked after and I could enjoy the holiday without worrying about him. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They have been great with his personal and health care which they have personalised to meet his needs and wants. They gave him the right encouragement to eat and drink and get involved in some daily activities which he is not able to do at home. He was happy with the care he received that he extended his stay. My mother came to the home after a spell in hospital having previously lived independently at home. All the staff were very welcoming and helped mum settle in. It was especially hard as she had recently lost her hearing and been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. She enjoyed her room and interaction with all the staff. Sadly her stay was short as she passed away peacefully in her bed.

Always welcomed with a smile and joy, easy access for those who know , yet still safe from public members not to just wonder in. Easy to navigate care home and has a very clean and tidy atmosphere. The carers are wonderful, always asking about the family as well as the resident. This even goes as far as the cleaning crew, they are very good at their job and speak to everyone with respect. The staff on floor 1 are amazing! We have a little baby girl and they're always asking how she is and making us feel welcome. From what we have seen they treat all residents with such love and care, couldn't recommend it more !!! Anyone would be happy to live here!
