I was made to feel at home the moment I entered the building. The staff were friendly and welcoming. MY needs were catered for by all the staff.
My occupational therapists were of an extremely high calibre. I can honestly say that I'd want my mother to spend her days here, and if I had a choice I would too.

Now I'm leaving I feel a great sorrow as I will miss everyone and that is testament to the high quality of care.

The staff at this care home are so helpful and friendly. I have an extremely difficult relationship with my mum who is a resident here but the staff were able to answer all my questions. I've only visited twice as my mother tried to attack me but staff handled the situation professionally. There's always activities of some kind going on so seems there's plenty to do. Would highly recommend this home for your loved ones and don't worry my mum never leaves her room so you can socialise with normal human beings and not a monster. My deepest sympathy to any staff member that is in charge of my mum

All staff at Capwell Grange and Hatley House made my father welcome from day 1. Hatley House has a homely atmosphere, all staff there have been exceptional in getting to know my father, his condition & needs resulting in person centred care, their communication with him and myself has been clear and transparent. All staff in Hatley House treat my father with kindness, respect and dignity. I can't thank everyone enough, for the care and attention my father receives on a daily basis. I can rest assured knowing my father is in the best place for his needs.

My mother spent three months in the care of Capwell Grange and I cannot speak highly enough of the team who looked after her. From the moment she arrived, the carers were consistently friendly, caring and attentive, creating an environment where she felt safe, valued and genuinely at ease.
During her stay, Mum underwent physiotherapy following a fall, and the support she received from the physio team was exceptional. Their approach was structured, detailed and thoughtfully paced, building her strength and confidence step by step.

As a family, we are deeply grateful for the care, compassion and dedication shown throughout her time there. The team were so approachable and guided us on aspects of mums care. Knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared brought us great comfort. Mum has fond memories of the quizzes, games and socials, and values so much the friendships that developed there. She was going home but sad to say goodbye to the staff, who became friends.

I arrived at Capwell Grange Care Home unable to walk. The physio help has been amazing and I can walk with just a stick. The staff here are compassionate and have been extraordinary in their care of me. I have benefited greatly by my stay here.

My partner is currently a resident on a 28 day delirium pathway. He will be returning home. I cannot praise enough the support, care, compassion and complete friendliness of the team in Milliner unit. The staff are amazing, work tirelessly to ensure the residents needs are met. It really feels like a family. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the lounge is always full of people relaxing and socialising. We as a family have been welcomed and completely informed and looked after when visiting. Thank you all for everything

Review for the care and physio staff at Bonetti House. My brother was in their care for four weeks. Both teams were very patient, thoughtful and have made a real difference in his recovery. after a nasty fall. A very friendly place with a positive vibe. We are very grateful for all that you have done and paving the way for him to get home and on his feet again.

My mum was cared for by the team in the fedora unit receiving palliative care. Our experience was nothing but excellent for the 5 weeks she was there. Every single member of the team provided mum with compassionate care, kindness and dignity. Always making sure she was clean and comfortable.
For us as a family it was a very tough time and the team helped make things a little easier with their warmth and kindness to us too. The offer of a cup of tea, something to eat or just to chat when we were at a low.
Her room was kept clean and tidy every day and the food was cooked fresh and was excellent. Chef cooks a lovely pudding.

It gave us comfort to know mum was looked after by such lovely people.

My mother has been here in the care home for about 18 months now. I fly over from Belfast regularly to spend precious time with her. Every time I visit my mother is very happy and content, which means so much to me as her son. She has settled in very, very well, and for that I am very grateful. The staff and management are exceptional and always greet with warmth. I can't fault this care home, and thanks to all the staff and management who look after my mum so well.

My mother hs been here for more than a year and I have to say that she has come to an excellent place. The staff here are so caring and try to do all their best for everyone here. You never see them without a smile while they are with the residents. The decorations put up in the common room are amazing, always with the idea of cheering the residents up.
