Words alone cannot express the praise I give to all at Bonnett House at Capwell Grange, care, kindness, and patience come high. Cleanliness and experience follow, a feeling of a family environment. All staff very efficient in all fields, led by the excellent head of team.
Made Dad's end of life more bearable for me and the family. Thank you so much.
Altogether happy experience.
Excellent care, nothing was too much bother from day one very friendly and kind. Always helpful, I can not write anything bad as there is nothing bad to write about. From the managers to nurses, carers, housekeepers, and maintenance men.
Very good and lovely staff. Gained confidence walking in heel-less boots and physiotherapists helped me learn to go up and downstairs.
Having spent 4 weeks in hospital with life-threatening consequences, I have just spent 2.5 weeks being so well looked after at Capwell Grange, Luton. Without this care, good foo, and attention I could not have made the transition from convalescence to home. I am very grateful. Professional, caring, and friendly staff at all levels. Thank you!
This is my second stay here, I came a year ago after an attack by a pack of dogs while walking my dog 'Sunny', they killed him, and I was pulled down as well. (Nightmare time). I had to be cut out of my coat, my arm was broken, and my nose and my left eye were impaired. When I got to the hospital my legs wouldn't work. I came here to Capwell Grange where they were all so kind and caring. Smiles all around me, making me feel good. This time the same reason, my legs. I could recommend Capwell Grange to anyone. The room you are in has everything to make you feel at home. The staff couldn't be more helpful day and night.
I wish them all the best for the future.
Good luck otherwise.
I would like to say the care support and love I received from all members of staff was excellent.
Been treated very well. The food was very good with a good variety. The staff have all been very polite and treated me with dignity.
Dad was in for a four-week period. We found all the staff to be caring, friendly and kind to him and to us when we visited. They kept us updated. He was pleased to get home but said he enjoyed his hotel stay!
The staff were very caring and gentle. I was well looked after leaving the hospital. I expect a review of my operation in 4 weeks and in the meantime will stay with my daughter. It took a couple of days initially to get acquainted with the place but once mobile no problems.
I was a resident following a fall at home. The care and attention I received was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for all staff.
After being here for ten weeks, I have nothing bad to say about my experience. The room is perfect for my needs but could do with being updated. All staff have been amazing, treating me with dignity and respect, encouraging me and celebrating with me when completing physio. I cannot thank each and every one of you enough. The physio team are excellent and pushed me to each and every goal with great humour and passion for their jobs. Thank you all once again.
My stay at Capwell Grange has been amazing, everyone has been so helpful and kind. The nurses and all the staff, I admire them all. Nothing was too much for them. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are all so kind and friendly in a way I'm sorry to go. I admire all the nurses for their kindness towards me during my short stay. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you to all the physio staff also - thank you to all. Also, the food is excellent.
My mother appeared to be well cared for by cheerful and helpful people in this clean home. However, following her death a member of staff gave her personal property, including her wedding, engagement and eternity ring, to a 'friend' without our family's permission or knowledge. Beware.
Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We are pleased you feel your late Mother was well cared for during her stay with us. We are aware of the circumstances surrounding this incident and believe it has now been resolved and the items returned to you. We hope you will accept our apology again for the upset this incident caused.
Very pleased with the care/support given by all the staff, they were very helpful and friendly, always happy to help and answer questions. Lovely atmosphere. Physio team were brilliant too, very motivating and supportive. Our dad had a very good, pleasant stay - very happy.
I was looked after by excellent staff.
Well looked after at all times. Staff are all there for you.
This has felt like my home, you wouldn't get better staff than what you have in here, for one thing. Secondly, you couldn't get better management! The room is very clean and tidy and I am very comfortable with the decor. The lounge is excellent. It is a place where you can go and stretch your legs, have your meal or have a cup of tea. I told my sister that I bet it could be even more brilliant in the holidays. Due to my hospital stay, my appetite was gone and I really didn't want to eat but the staff encouraged me and I ended up really loving the food and looking forward to mealtimes. I think the well-being lady does a great job of keeping our minds active with games like dominoes.
