My son is very happy here.
I know he is in good hands, what more can I ask for.
Just to say thank you to all.
Only one thing I would be pleased about is if they could repair the light over his wash basin, I have asked a few times.
Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely compliment regarding the care for your son at Capwell Grange. May I also apologise for the delay in the shower light being repaired. An electrician had to be called and this has now been repaired as discussed with you at our Resident and Relative meeting on Friday...
Dad has been in the home since June '17. He has been treated very well and the staff are excellent. They are very good at dealing with his needs and has been a lot healthier and cleaner than he has been for a long while. The one concern I have is the cost of the care. The amount that dad is paid every month by self-funding residents is more than you would pay for a luxury hotel.
Thank you for the lovely compliment which I will share with the team. Regarding the concerns over the fees, this is a true reflection of care costs which include 24-hour nursing and care costs as well as laundry, meals and overhead costs. Please feel free to discuss with me at any time.
Although my husband has only been here a few weeks, we are very satisfied with his care. All the staff are friendly and approachable. He is well cared for and appears happy.
I find the nurse team always polite, providing good care for my son.
The team look after my mother in law very well. They are caring and compassionate and respect her giving her the dignity she deserves.
I commend their services and have huge respect for the work they do.
Staff are lovely with Dad who can be challenging. I feel very secure knowing Dad is well looked after and safe. Overall I am very pleased with the care Dad receives.
Found staff kind, caring, very approachable and helpful at all times.
I think the carers are all very nice and kind and so are the nurses.
I find my husband when I visit clean and tidy, well fed and his room clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very kind and patient with the residents.
Since my relative came to Capwell Grange Care Home she has received positive and good attention.
She and I are very satisfied and happy with the nursing care and the pleasant staff.
Staff are very helpful with my brother.
My father spent his last 6 weeks here. The home is exceptional, the staff go above and beyond the daily duties. We were welcomed any time of day or night and they kept us informed with everything. Would highly recommend this home I am so pleased my father had his last few weeks there. It gives me a bit of peace of mind.
Mum has been at Capwell Grange Care Home for 3 months now. She came here for palliative care. Since she has been here, we have had no issues or problems.
A quite good team, nurses and carers look after my daughter. The food is good the unit is kept clean at all times. Great environment with nice surroundings. A place where my daughter where safety and comfort is well monitored.
My brother is resident at Capwell Grange Care Home and he expresses his complete satisfaction in the way he is treated, both clinically and personal care. He now regards Capwell Grange Care Home as his home.
My sister came to Capwell Grange Care Home in the last part of 2012. We requested certain personal issues (shower twice a week and care by female staff only).
The staff at the home are extremely considerate and compassionate and make it very easy for the residents and their families to feel comfortable. It is a good place. Our family is very satisfied with the general ambience. We would recommend it without any qualms.
Very pleased with all the staff who look after my husband. He is looked after well. They are very good with him. The family are pleased with the bathing and keeping him clean. Thank you very much all of you.

The staff are kind, friendly and always helpful. I find the staff are always willing to help with any problems which occur eg. accompanying my mother to hospital, calling the doctor whenever necessary, letting me know if she has any problems.
