My review of Milton Court Care Home is very good.the care that my mother receives is very good. She always look's clean and tidy and happy whenever I come in to visit.The staff are always pleasant and well mannered and treat my mum well. The room my mum has is nice and well furnished and is always clean
and presentable. There is always clean washing, available for my mum anytime she may need clean clothes.

My Uncle was admitted to Milton Court as palliative care only. The care he received there was amazing and every member of staff treated him with empathy and dignity and made his last days as comfortable as possible. The nurses were excellent, caring and very supportive towards my Uncle and us family
members.
When he passed away, the compassion shown by every member of staff was lovely and the empathy shown stood out to us all.
The guard of honour, when Uncle was leaving, was something we will never forget and was a fitting last memory of his stay there.
We were always made welcome, and the Home Manager showed great understanding of our suffering at the loss of our loved one.
We will miss visiting the home, where we were treated so well, and everyone was so welcoming.
Thank you to you all for everything you did for Uncle and all of us too, much appreciated.
Keep up the good work everyone, a credit to your profession.

The staff at Milton Court are amazing. My stepdad had dementia and became bedbound, he stopped eating and drinking. The staff offered him whatever he wanted to try to get him to eat and drink something. They all took so much care to keep him happy and comfortable. When he passed away suddenly, all the
staff were so kind to me and my sister and my husband. All the staff are amazing. I could not ask for better care for my stepdad. If it wasn't for the staff at Milton Court I don't think my stepdad would have lasted as long as he did. So I send them all a very huge thank you for being so kind and supportive to me, and my husband and sister.

We looked at several care homes and Milton Court was the only one recommended to us. A friend's aunt had been a resident and was very happy, so that inspired us with confidence. The staff are kind, caring and always friendly. Sadly my mum has declined over the years but her care has been carefully adapted,
even by providing special food for her. We are very happy with our choice of care home.

The staff, every time/interaction since my Mum moved in have been lovely, caring, friendly, helpful and warm. We have not met anyone who isn't! The cleanliness is wonderful too and to have peace of mind too for the family that my Mum is safe and being cared for is lovely. It would be good to maybe have
a few more physical exercises, more walking etc.

My mum has been in the home now for nine months and I'm still so happy with the care that she receives every day. The staff here are all so lovely, kind and caring. They treat my mum with kindness and respect too as well as us, her family. Thank you all so much for looking after my mum like you all

An excellent care centre that provided wonderful care for my mother for over six years until her death at almost 106 years of age. Considerable, professional team of friendly, attentive staff who ensured safety throughout the difficult Covid period. Highly recommend as a quality home in very comfortable

The home cared for my Mother for eight weeks. She was on an end of life care. My mother was cared for exceptionally well during her stay. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help in times of need. The canteen and food were good and plentiful, although my mother couldn't eat solids. The
staff serviced her with vegetable purees.
The home and the room were kept very clean and tidy.
The management was never too busy to answer any queries we had and kept us fully informed of my mother's situation and health.

The staff looked after my sister with love and care and made the last few years very happy here. The family could not have wished for more for her. We contacted Milton Court Care Home for urgent respite care for my father who had had a bad fall. They couldn't have been more helpful or supportive. Staff showed me around, met my father and when he agreed to move in made his stay comfortable and welcoming. He grew stronger and more confident during
his stay due to the care and dignity shown by the staff. He is now back home. Thank you to everyone.

Recent changes in the care home have ensured a significant improvement in the standards of care. Before these changes, there weren't sufficient staff on duty and the level of cleaning was appalling. If my mother had been in better health I would have removed her from the home. I look forward to the
continuous improvement.

Milton Court Care Home has flourished under new (temporary) management. All of the core values have been reinstated. It is now a safe and happy environment for my mum to be in. The nursing staff and carers are respectful, show empathy and meet the needs of the residents.

My friend was here from the end of June 2022 to February 2023. As well as dementia she was very ill. The care, kindness, and respect as well her dignity being respected was given by the staff with love and compassion. Such a comfortable and homely place. For me, my friend had the best care.

I have been supporting my team and residents for 8 years here at Milton and I pride myself on the relationships formed with all relatives and friends who visit our service.

Hello, I am Anita and I am the Home Administrator for Milton Court!


I joined Avery in 2023 and I help residents and families with finances and paperwork, so please do speak to me if you have any questions about these.

I have worked in administration roles for over 25 years and absolutely love working as part of a team. I aim to make moving to our home as smooth as possible for residents and I like making our support procedures as efficient as possible.


I enjoy my daily walk around and conversations held with our incredible residents, if you need any support with the administration aspect of your move I will be your helping hand.

Hello everyone! My name is Margareta Known to many as Marga and I am the Unit Manager for the Sandringham Suite for Milton Court. My role is to ensure Sandringham is running smoothly and to make sure all the residents of Sandringham have everything they need and want. I started working in Milton Court as a carer and have progressed to Senior, Team Leader and now Unit Manager


My aim is to ensure Sandringham is run well and efficiently. I work with all health professionals to make sure that residents are supported. I also make sure the shift runs smoothly, working with the team to give our residents the best quality of life.


I love to see our residents happy and promoting their independence as much as possible. Just because you come into our care doesn’t mean your lifestyle should change.

Hello everyone! My name is Dorian, I am one of the Maintenance for Milton Court. My role is to maintain the building and grounds of Milton Court. As I am a very practical person training as a Ship Mechanic back home, I love fixing things and making sure everything is just right. I am very proud to be a part of the Milton Court team.


On my normal day, you will see me turning my hand to many things such as making sure resident’s rooms are all in good working order. Doing our daily, weekly and monthly checks. I will support you with your move-in by putting up pictures, helping move any belongings or putting things in place for you. I am always here to help.
