I find the staff very kind and caring. His room is very nice, and he enjoys all his food.

I have no problem recommending this care home to everyone.

An excellent care centre that provided wonderful care for my mother for over six years until her death at almost 106 years of age. Considerable, professional team of friendly, attentive staff who ensured safety throughout the difficult Covid period. Highly recommend as a quality home in very comfortable surroundings.

The staff looked after my sister with love and care and made the last few years very happy here. The family could not have wished for more for her. At the end of her life, we were so pleased to see her carers and management not only at the church but also putting on a reception at the home in celebration of her wonderful life. We thank you all.

The resident's wake in the butterfly room was a beautiful, sensitive and lovely experience. Customer service was wonderful - couldn't thank you enough.

My sister loved being the boss here (or so she thought!) All the staff are so caring and always helpful. Close contact with the residents has always been great, good contact with staff and loving all around. Love to all the staff that looked after her, who we all loved.

We contacted Milton Court Care Home for urgent respite care for my father who had had a bad fall. They couldn't have been more helpful or supportive. Staff showed me around, met my father and when he agreed to move in made his stay comfortable and welcoming. He grew stronger and more confident during his stay due to the care and dignity shown by the staff. He is now back home. Thank you to everyone.

In my professional opinion, Milton Court Care Home management and staff are 5 stars. They are attentive, and caring and have the resident's welfare and happiness at the core of their culture and values. My mother is so pleased to be a resident at Milton Court and loves the staff and residents.

Recent changes in the care home have ensured a significant improvement in the standards of care. Before these changes, there weren't sufficient staff on duty and the level of cleaning was appalling. If my mother had been in better health I would have removed her from the home. I look forward to the continuous improvement.

My friend was here from the end of June 2022 to February 2023. As well as dementia she was very ill. The care, kindness, and respect as well her dignity being respected was given by the staff with love and compassion. Such a comfortable and homely place. For me, my friend had the best care.

The home was very safe and secure. All areas I visited were tidy and spotless.

Fantastic care home. My nan suffers from Dementia and was being cared for at home by my mum until it became too much for her. My Nan requires 24/7 supervision as she has increasingly become nocturnal. The facilities are first class, it is nice and homely, and the staff are wonderful with her. I would recommend this care home to anybody with an elderly relative in need.

All the staff seem very caring and attentive and take great pains to ensure that Dad is safe, happy and healthy. They always offer him the chance to join in activities, without ever forcing him. He enjoys the food very much, and really appreciates the care he receives. Thank you!

I can't think of any shortcomings, so far Mum has been very happy since she moved in in August. She was lonely at home but now there is always someone to talk to from first thing in the morning until bedtime.

We feel so much more confident and happy with him being in Milton Court they seem to understand his needs as he is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The staff work so hard and it would help if there was an increase in carer numbers.

I was not coping on my own at home. This has been a very good move for me. I feel safe and there is always somebody on hand day and night. I am a different person. Very happy.

Unfortunately, I would have to add that the Manager and admin staff show no regard for stakeholder engagement and have been consistently malicious and spiteful in their attitude. It hardly shows the company in a good light and in fact demonstrates the contempt they hold for their employer.
