Dear Team Waterhall Care Home, Durig 2025 and 2026 is without a doubt is OUTSTANDING. Linda has been well looked after which are really appreciate. The management and all the staff are wonderful during this extremely hot spell of weather the management and staff have some around with watermelon, ice creams and drinks. The BBC news has mentioned within the next 10 years it will be compulsory for care homes to have air conditioning some care homes already have AC. Appreciate it is expensive in the first instance but will benefit long term. Have Waterhall considered getting an estimate? The patients as well of staff would benefit. Thank you.
My dad came into Waterhall Care Home in June 2025 after having a fall and being unable to go back to his home. From the start everyone was very approachable, kind and caring. The care my dad has received has been second to none. I know that my dad is very well cared for in a nice environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Waterhill Care Home.
Thank you for the feedback. We are so happy to hear that your father is happy at Waterhall.
After my mother transferred from another care home, she has settled in Waterhall really well. All seems fine to date and we are happy she has a caring community for support.

Mum has recently moved from care home to nursing. She has settled very well, and all the staff on her floor are amazing. This home is kept very clean, and service is excellent always. The families are good and kept in good working order. I am satisfied with their level of service and would recommend.

Very happy with the care they are receiving. I know Dad can be difficult, but the staff work with him, and slowly he is getting used to being in a home.
The staff are incredible and care for us relatives as much as the residents. They are all angels.

Tendai and the magnificent team at Waterhall cared for my mother, Paddy, right through COVID and beyond. My mother spent four wonderful years at Waterhall with such attention and devotion from all the team, finally passing peacefully 4 days before her 102nd birthday. Absolutely amazing and a tribute and credit to all. Paddy considered Waterhall as home.
She was a remarkable lady, and she will be warmly remembered by all of us. Please accept our heartfelt condolences on her passing. Your message means a great deal to the whole team.
I am very happy about the care my husband gets here in this very welcoming care home. Whenever he is in trouble with his health the hospital is being called which has saved his life a couple of times! The staff are so friendly and helping every where the can!

The nurses are experienced and competent and ensure that my mum's medical conditions are monitored and treated appropriately. They update me with any changes to her health in a professional and appropriate manner.
The carers are fantastic and help my mum to live the best life possible. Nothing is too much trouble. They support her to use her phone, access her talking books and choose what she wants to eat and wear. There is an entertainment and activity program which mum loves. The home is clean , warm and friendly, visiting is a pleasant experience and I always get a warm welcome.
I always say the staff care for my mum as if she were their own family member and I cannot thank them enough.
