I'm very pleased with the way I'm looked after here where staff are very polite and helpful.

Such a lovely care home. In the three months that Dad was there he was treated with such care and understanding from all staff and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this care home.

My partner moved into Admirals Reach after being in hospital for several weeks in a very poor state. From the very first day at the care home, I saw an improvement. Now just six days later my partner's condition, both physical and mental has improved dramatically. I would recommend this care home to anyone who may need it.

I have found this care home to be very friendly, staff are always ready to help with any matter very promptly. The home is always clean and tidy and I feel that everyone is very well looked after.

My father was a resident for 4 years in Jellicoe House. The staff were wonderful from day 1 when he came in with a new dementia diagnosis through his descent into late-stage dementia and death. They were professional but caring and compassionate throughout the difficult process.

During my numerous visits I had the opportunity to observe their unswerving dedication and love towards their patients. My family and I are truly grateful for the excellent standard of care Dad received.

Staff are very good. Entertainment is good. My uncle seems very happy.

I have enjoyed staying here but one thing I must say is there is too much food on my plate at lunchtime but I enjoy the hot chocolate.
