The team take pride in the Willow Brook dementia suite, where the dedicated Dementia Lead and team provide specialised care in a calm, supportive environment, prioritising the physical and emotional well-being of residents.

At the heart of their care is their commitment to great food. The Culinary Team, led by a skilled Chef, prepares wholesome, seasonal menus daily, promoting the health and well-being of residents with every meal.

A vibrant activities programme enriches the lives of residents, offering a variety of engagements tailored to individual abilities and interests. Whether enjoying the landscaped courtyard gardens, exploring local attractions on a minibus outing, or participating in creative workshops, there’s something for everyone.

Brentwood Care Centre is purpose-built, featuring recently refurbished facilities including a bistro, lounges, a cocktail bar, a cinema, a hair salon, and a library. Each ensuite bedroom is spacious and elegantly designed for maximum comfort and privacy.

Having moved in to the home I find it to an excellant standard overall, and in some cases individual nurses go the extra mile in relation to patient treatment. Overal the care assistance are of a high standard, but unfortunately a few assistants on night duty are lacking in the same skills and the personal
touch and but again certain individuals night staff are exceptional.

My father has been in this care home for a year and five months I'm happy to say he is in the right place for his needs. Staff are friendly and aprroaable but sometimes over strecthed, he has a comfortable room which is located in a quite area.

My husband arrived at the care home directly from hospital following a hip replacement for physio and rehabilitation. He was never seen face to face by a doctor after his arrival & no physiotherapist was in evidence during his stay. I couldn't fill all the ratings because they didn't seem to apply to
us, & the NHS were picking up the bill. His condition didn't improve whole he was there and he was admitted to another hospital after 3 weeks & didn't return

I just wanted to say "Thank you". I have not wanted my Dad to go into a carehome but he needed to. The support and kindness shown to him is amazing. To see him thriving is lovely. My Dad is so well cared for and the staff are amazing.

A very close friend of ours has been in Brentwood care home for respite care for the last three months. The care he's received is excellent every member of staff is kind, they understand peoples individual needs and work very hard. They are always friendly and polite everything is done with a smile.
It spotlessly clean, I praise it very highly.

I was not happy with the care my husband received. Their seemed to be a lack of staff and no interaction with patients. My husband passed away recently. I did not receive any condolences from the management team.

I was always welcomed by the carers with genuine smiles, kindness and approachability. Despite such few staff on the floor they maintained a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere.
The receptionists welcome and helpfulness was beyond words: I "off loaded" to her and within minutes she had contacted the Parkinson's
nurse for me. When my sister died she arranged her favorite music to be played as her body was carried through the reception.

Mum has been here since end of July. She has been very well cared for. The staff are very patient and caring. The food is very good and the home is kept very clean. I would highly recommend this home.

The Brentwood Care Centre truly is like a place of Heaven on Earth, and absolutely beautiful. All the nurses, carers and all the staff are absolutely amazing - so caring and patience. The nursing and care all superb. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so focused on making sure that all residents
are safe and happy. A truly wonderful home, and I am so very pleased that mum lives here - they look after mum so well and better than I could ever hope to do - and I love my mum a lot - a big lot!

My stepdad was only in the care of Brentwood Care Centre for a short time, but whilst he was there he was treated with kindness and respect. The facilities were good, and the staff were courteous and professional. Bridgide patiently explained everything to us and the Receptionish (Sharon I think) was
very kind and helpful.

My mother has now been living here since June 2025.
Rhiannon made the who process extremely easy for both Mum and myself.
Her new room looked amazing, the staff were happy to help and within a week Mum had settled in well.
Mum now has the level of care she needs, and as a family we enjoy visiting
her there.
Rhiannon as an individual went above and beyond to make this process run smoothly.

Everything at this home is fantastic, from the minute you enter at reception it's warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, the communal areas are lovely but most importantly the staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and really friendly. At a very difficult and sad time they have helped me feel happy
and calm about my mums care They really care about her and I couldn't hope for her to be in a better home. Thank you to everyone at the Brentwood Care Centre.

Maria Siia brings a unique blend of leadership experience and compassionate care to her role as Acting General Manager at Brentwood Care Centre.


With a background in nursing and further qualifications including NVQ Level 4, 5, and 6 in Health and Social Care Management, as well as a Master’s course in Nursing Diagnosis, Maria has developed the skills and knowledge needed to lead both operationally and clinically. She is passionate about using her expertise to support staff, uphold high standards, and ensure residents receive care that is both person-centred and respectful.


Maria thrives on the variety her role brings, valuing the opportunity to guide her team, solve challenges, and make a positive impact each day. She is especially proud to work at Brentwood Care Centre, a home praised for its friendly, responsive staff and its welcoming, purpose-built environment.

Rhiannon joined the Brentwood Care Centre family in Spring 2022.


She is passionate about her role, supporting families and loved ones on their journey in looking for care and also building community links with the home's local community.


'I love that my role is meeting people whether that be supporting them in understanding the processes of looking for care during what can be a difficult time or, organising community events such as our monthly Dementia Cafés and our intergenerational events.'

Diana Moraru – Manole

Job Title: Essex Regional Operations Manager

Essex Regional Operations Manager, Diana has a wealth of experience and knowledge from across Health and Social Care Sectors.


With over 16 years of experience, Diana started her career as a Health Care Assistant in a neurosurgical hospital and went on to train and qualify as a Nurse in Romania. Since coming to the UK in 2016 as a Nurse, Diana has had various roles leading up to her first General Manager role in 2017.


Diana’s experience in developing a team’s knowledge and skills through leadership and mentoring is something she is passionate about and is looking forward to supporting RCH Care Homes across Essex.


Another part of her role as Essex Regional Operations Manager that she loves is, ‘inspiring a great team to make further differences to the lives of the residents, making sure they are living their best life possible and that everyone feels it is a nice place to live and work; because it’s a home from home.’


Whilst not a work Diana enjoys travelling, keeping up to date with world news and being adventurous; this year she took part in a Sky Dive!
