I meet residents on a weekly basis since September and have found that, although some of them will complain, they also all acknowledge when developing this stay that there is a lot of good things and that the staff is nice and helpful, some of them are described as friendly by some residents. That is also my experience in my limited interactions with them. The place is also well cared for, clean and feels welcoming. Since I don't pay nor eat nor get care, I cannot note on all criteria but have never seen anything that I would feel uncomfortable with if my relatives were there.

Queens Court quickly became the favoured one as they had a great events/activities programme and I also witnessed staff being caring and attentive towards the residents, always treating them with respect.
I booked mum in for an initial month trial period. Within a week or so I knew it was the right place for her and the staff helped her to settle in very quickly.
Mum has now been a resident for four months and I visit her regularly each week. During this time I have found that the food, cleanliness, activities, events, facilities, safety and security have been excellent. All mums needs are catered for and the staff make time to engage with each resident just having a chat too.
Families and friends of the residents are always made welcome and are encouraged to visit and go to the excellent events.
It has given our family peace of mind to know she is well cared for and it is good value for money too.

Ever more so now she is coming to the end of her life, always having time to talk with us and have a laugh. Management are always polite, but we don't come into contact with them very often.
Thank you for your kind words. We're so pleased your aunt has been cared for with compassion and that you've felt supported as a family. Our General Manager, is always happy to see you and her door is open should you ever need anything.
Queens Court Care Home is very well run, very comfortable and very friendly staff, always ready to help. Mum's very well looked after. We wouldn't have picked this care if it wasn't good enough for our lovely mum.

Entertainment laid on was very good.
Staff interactions were excellent.
