The staff are always very welcoming and are always very caring towards the residents. There are daily activities which involve all residents and are very interactive. This is an excellent provider and everyone should be commended for their level of service.

I meet residents on a weekly basis since September and have found that, although some of them will complain, they also all acknowledge when developing this stay that there is a lot of good things and that the staff is nice and helpful, some of them are described as friendly by some residents. That is also my experience in my limited interactions with them. The place is also well cared for, clean and feels welcoming. Since I don't pay nor eat nor get care, I cannot note on all criteria but have never seen anything that I would feel uncomfortable with if my relatives were there.

Just been to the VE Day party at Queens Court in Buckhurst Hill. Great afternoons entertainment. Singing and dancing. Lots of cakes, sandwiches and drinks. Lots of happy faces. A good afternoon had by all. did a fantastic job organising it all.

A fantastic VE Day celebration today organised by the care home activities team with dancers and singer with everyone included and what the manager and her amazing team did for everyone was superb! Highly recommend all the activities which includes everyone.
