A wonderful care home. Clean with wonderful staff.
My mum was at end of life and she passed there in dignity and comfort. Well cared after.
People of note lady in reception, and a staff member in the care and regency suite.

Overall very good care home. Well managed and staff got to know me personally in 2 wks.

We have the highest regard for staff at Q.C.C.H. Since 16/1/23, our Aunt has been with them. They have looked after our aunt, emotionally and physically, also supporting us. Ever more so now she is coming to the end of her life, always having time to talk with us and have a laugh. Management are always polite, but we don't come into contact with them very often.

Reply from Abigail Draper, Customer Relations Team at Queens Court Care Home

Thank you for your kind words. We're so pleased your aunt has been cared for with compassion and that you've felt supported as a family. Our General Manager, is always happy to see you and her door is open should you ever need anything.
