Amazing care given to my nan. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to tend to all needs and make space for us to spend quality time alone with Nan with all the great-grand children. Thank you Windle Court!

The staff and management have maintained the high standards they showed when any mother first came to stay in the home. She has thrived in an environment where she can enjoy the company of others and is treated with love and respect by the care staff. Many thanks to all of them for their continued hard work in times that are often very challenging.

I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for Dad. He was a difficult person but you showed compassion and empathy every step of the way. You always had time to listen to him and to me and I am incredibly grateful.

Such kind wonderfully warm staff. They came to our aid in a most unfortunate predicament, that I will always be very grateful for.
Besides all of that, they took exceptionally brilliant care of my mother-in-law who unfortunately has Dementia.
These wonderful women worked tirelessly to get us some support in place for us for when she came home.

Thank you, ladies, from the bottom of my heart, it's a comfort to know we can always count on you.

Cannot fault Windle Court care home and we looked at a few. Staff go above and beyond with their care, all the workers have smiles on their faces from the cleaners to the management. The home is kept spotless, activities for the residents are always a source of fun excellent and food provided is varied. Each staff member is very approachable and any queries are dealt with promptly. Unfortunately, we lost our family member, but she was so happy there and it has helped us to know that she was surrounded by so much love and care. Thank you everybody at Windle Court.

My father was with you for approximately one month for some rehabilitation care. We have since moved him to another care home, but that is of no reflection of the excellent care he received whilst with you at Windle Court. The decision was purely logistics. We needed to put my father into care after getting him out of Hospital and it was no easy exercise to do, but your staff were most helpful, especially one lady in particular (you know who you are!). What we needed at the time for Dad was a caring, safe environment that would give him the dignity he required, and that he got from Windle Court.

Myself and the entire family can not thank you enough, for being so accommodating and flexible.

My mum was cared for and loved by staff at Windle Court. They are all wonderful, caring people who do a very difficult job looking after our loved ones when they face a sometimes very confusing and anxious time in their lives. Most of us can't do that job. The staff here are friendly, kind and fun. When visiting they make you welcome - you become part of this big family. They do lots of activities and encourage residents to take part. I have seen for myself how happy the residents are to join in, watch and sing along. The rooms are clean and tidy. Meals are good plus additional refreshments throughout the day. The residents are kept clean and treated with respect and dignity. The photos tell the story of how good this home is and how happy the residents look in them...I can't thank Windle Court staff enough for looking after my lovely mum. Sadly she has now passed away but was cared for with tenderness right to the end. They are a brilliant team, so supportive in every way.

Amazing care home. The residents are treated with dignity and love. My nan has had a new lease of life since moving into the home. They are taken on days out and not left in the home 24/7. They are kept entertained and pampered.

A safeguarding complaint is currently ongoing in relation to my mother's 2 weeks care here. Fact. Not stating any allegations as I am not allowed to whilst this is ongoing. Personally, I would never place someone in this care home again.

I have no complaints the care is excellent. They always put my mum in matching clothes and mum always looks clean. There is a hairdresser here which is a good price. The doctor comes in every Tuesday. All the staff are lovely and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. They have an activity plan that gets emailed every week which includes arts and crafts, day trips, animals, singers, cooking, book club and also movie nights. The place looks like a hotel with updated decor and furniture. Has a cafe to be used with your family for privacy.

Cannot praise enough the care provided in this warm and friendly care home. My father in law has lived here for the past 18 months, the result of which is that he is the happiest he has been since his wife's death 7 years ago.

All staff are truly dedicated and do all they can to ensure the residents (and families) receive a home from home experience. Communication with families is very good as is the support provided by the local medical centre.

The care that has been given to my mother since her moving in during December 2022 and since. Has been outstanding. My mother was widowed at the end of May 2022 and it has badly affected her mental health, she became very depressed and isolated. My mother has always been a happy lady, who liked to socialise. Between my sister and myself, we felt it was best to find a nursing home that could offer my mum care and support to help her heal within herself. The staff and activities that take place at the home, came across as excellent, just what my mother needed.

My mother has improved so much, she is socialising with the other residents and gets on very well with the staff. She is happy in herself. She may have some days where she is a little down, but the staff, truly care and are always looking out for my mum. Her health is being well looked after as she does have some health issues. The staff, go out of their way to make the home happy and always keep myself and my sister informed.

Mum came to live permanently at Windle Court in December 2021, after my father-in-law passed. She has dementia and is 97 years old. She is very well cared for.
