Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we welcome feedback as we continually strive to improve our service. We are very pleased that you found our staff so helpful and empathetic during what, for families, can be a stressful time. A core part of our brighterkind philosophy centres on good nutrition and the importance of mealtimes as a social occasion. Our chefs prepare restaurant-style meals combining variety with a balanced diet and an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. However, if a resident specifically asks for a meal that is not on the menu, such as pasta and chips together, we do our utmost to cater for them. Here at Flowerdown, we take the safety and well-being of our residents very seriously, and would only question the closing of a door that is normally open to ensure that the resident is well or to make sure that we comply with stringent fire safety regulations. As a home manager, I have an open door policy and if you would like to discuss the issue further I would be very happy to meet you at your earliest convenience.
When my father was dying, the staff were so kind and considerate. I would recommend the 5 star care.
