The home is kept incredibly clean and is decorated nicely throughout. Also, the staff are friendly and respectful towards the residents, making sure that each resident is comfortable and satisfied throughout the day. Meals are served to the residents as if they were dining in a restaurant, which is lovely because it helps the residents to feel a sense of normality in their daily lives. Visited dad to celebrate his birthday with him. As always I was reassured and touched by the level and personalisation of care afforded to all residents. We had an uplifting visit - sharing snippets from dads life with staff and he was clearly very engaged with our conversation. I value the quality of care and kindness shown each time I visit and am thankful father is here.
