Very good in all ways.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you have had a positive experience with our care home and will share your comments with the home's manager. The Bupa Customer Care Team.
Generally, the care is good. There have been a number of changes of manager, but the current manager seems very good. The accommodation is good and there are plans to redecorate to maintain a pleasant environment. A senior nurse who works on the floor that my mother is located on is especially dedicated, kind and efficient. As with most care homes, recruiting and retaining care staff is a challenge, but more recently this seems to have improved - perhaps because of the management stability. Communication is effective between the care home and me and reception staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Activities staff are very committed and effective.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to receive such positive comments about the home and will pass them on to the manager. We will continue to use feedback to continually improve our care homes. The Bupa Customer Care Team.
Since being here, my mother has become far more communicative and joins in with all the activities which are offered She is so often full of smiles it is lovely to see.

They have a varied selection of entertainers that perform throughout the week. The main highlight is that my father and all the other residents are able to maintain dignity and wherever possible make decisions for themselves.
My father arrived from Lancashire being really anxious but from the first minute has settled in - treating Knights Grove as his home.
Thank you for your review, we are really pleased to hear your father is enjoying his stay at the home. Our residents health and being is our absolute priority and enjoy receiving such positive comments from family members. We will share these with the care home manager. Bupa Customer Care Team.
I have been very impressed with the standard of care provided. Without exception, the staff are very caring, professional and treat the residents with great patience and understanding. The food is excellent and plentiful, rooms are light with nice views onto the pleasant garden. There are various activities and the musical entertainment is much enjoyed.

We are very pleased with the care my mum receives. She is happy and content and very well looked after. We would like to see more one to one activities and it would be great if there was a small visitors room for quieter visits.

Their response to the emergency was excellent and we were notified of every action taken immediately. Many thanks to everyone involved.
Thank you for your review and I have passed it on to the home.
Visited my friend at Knights Grove who I don't get to see very often due to not living locally. Very happy with how my friend is cared for. Fabulous staff and management, really put my mind at ease due to the distance between us.
Thank you for your review and kind words. I hope that it gives you peace of mind knowing that your friend is safe and well cared for.
I am delighted with the excellent care my friend is receiving. She is comfortable, clean, cared for, well fed and is looking so much better for being there. I am very grateful.

Thank you to all the staff, nursing, care, catering, office and domiciliary. Mum settled into Knights' Grove Care Home very well - she arrived May 2017. Mainly due to excellent personal and nursing care I am kept informed of any issues/developments regarding all aspects of her care. I was told last May that the carpet in her room was due to be replaced soon as it was in a poor/stained condition. This has yet to be carried out. Overall, I am very pleased with this care home.
Thank you for your review. I'm so pleased to hear that your mum has settled well and to hear that you are kept informed of everything. This must give you peace of mind knowing that she is safe and well cared for.

The staff are kind and friendly. The home looks clean and tidy. Auntie has only been at the home a month, she seems happy.
Thank you for your review. I'm sure that your auntie will soon be settled and making new friends. It is lovely to know that she is happy.
My mother is in the later stages of Alzheimer's. I feel she gets the right level of care that matches her needs.

My sister receives excellent care, the staff are happy and she responds to their friendly care even on 'bad' days. Being here has improved her wellbeing and she couldn't be anywhere better.
Every member of staff has a cheerful word and wave or a cuddle, just what she needs.
Thank you all.
Thank you for your review and kind words about our staff. It is the little things like a smile or a cuddle that makes all the difference.
My relative has been at the home for several years and the home is friendly and welcoming. My relative is well cared for and the staff are always friendly and polite.

The cleanliness, the rooms, the lounges.
Nothing is too much trouble from all the staff.
We feel privileged to have our mum here.
Thank you for your review. I hope that your mum is settling in well and enjoying the different activities on offer. It is lovely to hear your kind words about our staff and home.
Overall good. Could do with a lick of paint, new carpets and chairs (fresh up). Most staff friendly and helpful.
Thank you for your review. Your comments are extremely important to us and our residents’ health and wellbeing is our absolute priority. We will discuss your feedback with the home’s manager to help them continually improve their service.
Every time I come to visit mum, she is always clean and tidy. If a problem arises I get a phone call from a member of staff and we get it sorted promptly. It would be nice to see a house manager for more than a two-month stay. I can't keep up with the change of managers and staff. But very pleased with the remaining staff.
Thank you for your review. I'm pleased to hear that your mum is well cared for and that you are kept informed of everything.
