Knights Grove has been rated 'outstanding' by the CQC (March 2019) and has been purpose-built to offer high levels of tailored short, or long term, care for those living with dementia. They offer a warm welcome to those in need of dementia residential and dementia nursing care including palliative care and also offer day care.

Situated in a quiet residential area of North Baddesley, close to local amenities, Knights Grove has been carefully designed to provide a safe and stimulating setting.

Accommodation includes bright and comfortable interiors set across three floors, and all bedrooms are en suite with views of the surrounding landscaped gardens.

The home’s chef ensures that mealtimes are an important and enjoyable time for residents. The home provides both hot and cold meal options for residents and works hard to ensure that all special dietary needs are catered for.

A professional team supports residents in continuing their hobbies and aim to give them access to any activity they wish.

We are very pleased with the care my mum receives. She is happy and content and very well looked after. We would like to see more one to one activities and it would be great if there was a small visitors room for quieter visits.

Extremely pleased with the care and service of Knights Grove and the staff. They acted extremely efficiently during an incident involving my mother. If it hadn't been for the staff's knowledge and speed and medicinal/nursing care, I'm sure my mother would have died.
Their response to the emergency
was excellent and we were notified of every action taken immediately. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Visited my friend at Knights Grove who I don't get to see very often due to not living locally. Very happy with how my friend is cared for. Fabulous staff and management, really put my mind at ease due to the distance between us.

Thank you to all the staff, nursing, care, catering, office and domiciliary. Mum settled into Knights' Grove Care Home very well - she arrived May 2017. Mainly due to excellent personal and nursing care I am kept informed of any issues/developments regarding all aspects of her care. I was told last
May that the carpet in her room was due to be replaced soon as it was in a poor/stained condition. This has yet to be carried out. Overall, I am very pleased with this care home.

My sister receives excellent care, the staff are happy and she responds to their friendly care even on 'bad' days. Being here has improved her wellbeing and she couldn't be anywhere better.

My mum has not long been here but I feel I need to write to you to say how very pleased with the fantastic care and attention my mum has had as have the other residents.
The cleanliness, the rooms, the lounges.
Nothing is too much trouble from all the staff.
We feel privileged to have our mum here.

Every time I come to visit mum, she is always clean and tidy. If a problem arises I get a phone call from a member of staff and we get it sorted promptly. It would be nice to see a house manager for more than a two-month stay. I can't keep up with the change of managers and staff. But very pleased with
the remaining staff.

Mum has been here since June 2017, we cannot fault the care and dignity that she has been given, housekeeping has been excellent. She is very happy here, the meals are well balanced and nutritious, we would recommend this home to anybody.

My mum has settled well, only being here since the beginning of August. We have noticed a change in her appetite and fluid intake. She is not so anxious as she has been and is no longer pacing, but is still actively walking around, which is good. She is a lot more verbal and appears very content.
