My brother had the best care available from the most amazing staff. They were always there for him day and night as his condition progressively got worse. Thank you so much for looking after my brother.

Waverley Lodge has the most caring staff that I have had the pleasure to know. My brother is given the best care. They support his needs emotionally and physically with dignity and gentleness. Each member of staff has a unique empathy for all the people they look after. My family respect every one of
them. Thank you so much.

My mum has been staying here for nearly six months due to a change in health needs. Staff have consistently been fantastic, they are hardworking, friendly, helpful and caring. They have treated my mum with dignity and respect. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is always clean and tidy and the grounds
are beautiful. I highly recommend Waverley lodge.

My brother has been in Waverley Lodge for the last 9-years; it feels like family. Even with Covid and not being able to see him as much as I used to, I was never worried or concerned as I knew he was being very well looked after. I have also been informed if there have ever been any concerns. My brother
enjoys all the activities provided (bingo, trips out, BBQ etc). All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. It's also nice they don't have a high changeover in staff, so myself and my brother know them all personally.
