Ideally located within the Isle of Wight, there is always something to look forward to with a schedule of resident-led activities and outings in the home’s own minibus.
Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

The level of care they gave my mum was amazing. All the staff were so nice and showed so much love and care towards her, she was looked after so well and was always so happy there. I would highly recommend this place for your loved ones and they always make you feel such a part of there family.

She enjoys her TV in her room if not out and about. All the staff are very friendly with Mum and myself, I visit 2/3 times a week and she is often in one of the lounges. Any time I have any queries they are dealt with promptly.

Ever since Mum entered Solent Grange (in 2023) she has appeared happier and healthier than she did at home alone. The atmosphere as soon as you enter is friendly and warm. The whole team works really hard to make sure residents are safe, engaged, entertained and happy. Mum eats better than before, starting with a full cooked breakfast (which she never had at home!) and constant teas and nibbles throughout the day. Mum has dementia but the brilliant activities team at Solent Grange ensures there are always plenty of fabulous things going on to keep everyone busy. They are always going out on trips, having music and dancing in the home and plenty of animals to cuddle. This ensures she never feels lonely or isolated and we feel completely reassured that she is being safely looked after and we are so grateful that we found Solent Grange.

My mum-in-law has been in Solent Grange for nearly a year now and she is totally happy and settled. This home has completely changed my thoughts about care homes. All the staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The residents are treated with dignity and friendship at all times and they are always having fun and keeping busy. The activities team are amazing, my mum-in-law has done more in the last year than she has done for years and she always has a smile on her face. We are so happy to have found Solent Grange and feel so reassured that she is getting the best possible care in the best possible place.

My mother came to Solent Grange in November 2023 in a very depressed and unhappy state of mind. Thanks to the work of the staff at the care home she is now back to her happy, smiling, chatty self. She admitted she could not see herself recovering less than a month ago. And it is solely down to the work of the staff at Solent Grange that she has achieved what others in the medical profession have failed to do. Aside from the beautiful location, what initially drew me to Solent Grange was the warm and welcoming atmosphere that permeates the home. Our dedicated team consistently goes above and beyond to promote a person-centred service, actively seeking opportunities to incorporate innovative ideas that benefit those we care for. I am particularly proud of the busy activities programme we offer, and I find great joy in seeing the positive effects this has on both our residents and colleagues.
