Thank you for your review and we are delighted to hear that you see the home as a friendly and safe place. We have recently made some small changes to help our team develop and grow their skills. It’s so nice to hear that your mother views the carers as her friends and I am sure this will continue. Thank you for your comment about towels in your mother’s room – we did have a machine out of action for a short period of time, but everyone had access to clean, fresh towels at all times. If you’d like to discuss anything further, we have an open-door policy so feel free to pop-in to see our home manager next time you visit.
