Over the 4 years, you became part of our extended family and Mum will be much missed - a fighter to the end, please keep in touch even if it's just a coffee and chat when passing. Our thoughts are with you and the family.
it was a pleasure to provide and look after Mum and it makes our job easier and more effective when families such as yourself support the home and delivery as you did. You are always most welcome to pop in the home for coffee and a chat, anything we can do now or in the future, just call.

Please don't be a stranger you are always most welcome to come to the home for any events or just a coffee and a chat when passing.
Thank you for your review and we are delighted to hear that you see the home as a friendly and safe place. We have recently made some small changes to help our team develop and grow their skills. It’s so nice to hear that your mother views the carers as her friends and I am sure this will continue. Thank you for your comment about towels in your mother’s room – we did have a machine out of action for a short period of time, but everyone had access to clean, fresh towels at all times. If you’d like to discuss anything further, we have an open-door policy so feel free to pop-in to see our home manager next time you visit.
