It’s so nice to hear that your mother views the carers as her friends and I am sure this will continue. Thank you for your comment about towels in your mother’s room – we did have a machine out of action for a short period of time, but everyone had access to clean, fresh towels at all times. If you’d like to discuss anything further, we have an open-door policy so feel free to pop-in to see our home manager next time you visit.

The team at Sutton Valence has a family feel and we all work incredibly well together.
