Overall happy with the care given to mum, and the daily activities are very good. The staff are friendly. Mum's room does need refurbishing at the earliest opportunity.

Wonderful home. Staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. Dad is well looked after. Refurbishment is great, staff managed well while work was being done. The food is very good.

My mother has been a resident since February 2024 and is very happy that the home is a friendly and caring place with lots going on. Mum also enjoys the food, especially the fish and chips on a friday!

I've visited my friend in the Albany twice since she moved in on Tuesday 27th May. Her room is large and light with a lovely view. Her room is large and light with a lovely view. It is well equipped with modern furniture. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The first visit was in the morning
and we were both offered coffee. Yesterday afternoon we were both offered a cup of tea and a lovely piece of cake. My friend is adapting well to her new surroundings and speaks well of the care she is receiving.

My first visit to this lovely home. I was very impressed. We went for a relatives meeting and sat in the dining room. The other relatives we met all helped at the home, one way or another. The tables were laid like an expensive restaurant. The home is being decorated and is light and bright.. The
staff are warm, friendly and caring, even to visitors, and striving to be better. Some residents were watching the tv in the lounge. My sister-in-law was comfortable in her room.

My mother has been at Albany for just over a year. Initially she was very unsettled but thanks to the diligence and patience of the wonderful staff, she is now relaxed and very happy. The communication with the family is excellent and we feel involved in her care. The staff are professional and caring.

My uncle has a big room.since he moved to the carehome, he has become more happier. He is talking more and coming down to the main lounge. Joining in the activities with other residents. He is looking much healthier and better for it. All the staff at the home are welcoming and very friendly. Overall

The staff are amazing regards to care, very attentive and caring. My mum had constant medical needs and they were dedicated and patient towards her. As a family we felt well supported and informed. Would 100% recommend the Albany!

My mother has been a resident at the Albany for over 3 years now and the care she has received since she has been there has always been excellent. The care staff are all brilliant with the residents and I feel they all do a fantastic job there. All the staff there are very friendly and welcoming and
I think a sign of how good the care home is, is the fact that the majority of the staff are the same as when my mum first went in there. The activities at the care home are always very good and I have taken part in quite a few things there with my mum. The activities organisers are both very bubbly and do a great job there, organising some great things for the residents.
The food at the care home is always very good and prepared by an excellent and friendly chef and his team.

All of the staff were incredibly kind and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and Mum enjoyed the activities and fireworks on New Year's Eve. As a family, knowing that she was safe and happy meant we could finally relax. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Albany Care Home. In comparison to others

My mum loves it in the Albany Care Home and loves the carers, staff and managers. Last year she said she'd had the best Christmas in years and birthday. She was made such a fuss of, it really was/is fantastic. The best thing for me is knowing she is well cared for and I have peace of mind that she isn't

My dad very quickly felt safe and comfortable here at the Albany Care Home. He is very happy with the food and says the staff are very friendly and helpful which has also been my experience. The staff and nurses always have time to talk to me and update me on Dad's care and progress. My dad's room is
always clean and tidy. I am very happy with my dad's care and treatment that he is receiving here at the Albany. I cannot fault the staff at all.

My father was cared for by all staff in a professional and more importantly, a loving and caring way.
He gained weight and had constant interaction from the carers, tea ladies, cleaners, nurses and so on.
The Albany made him feel respected and gave me peace of mind to leave him confidently.
Family
members visiting were all accommodated and greeted with friendliness.
My dad's death was handled with love and kindness, all professionally executed. Thank you 'The Albany.'

As usual my visit to the Albany to see my aunt was an absolute pleasure. The staff are always so friendly and are very attentive to my aunt's needs. They have given the time to actually get to know her and be able to converse about subjects personal or of interest to her.
The range of activities and
entertainment is super cool and this visit was amazing. In the morning we had a small theatre production to watch, that was fantastic and encouraged everyone to join in.
Then in the afternoon was the open day with things to do, live music and wonderful tea and scones. This care home is fabulous and offers so much with loads of care, compassion and laughter.
