Upon entering a lovely care home - no urine smell. Staff lovely, interacted with you whenever they saw you. You were kept informed at every stage of care and physiotherapy. Only 'gripe' is it often took a long time to gain/leave care home in out of hours (9-5) time.

I visited 2 residents this afternoon, 1 male and 1 female.

Pleasant and helpful staff at reception, who directed me to the appropriate rooms. Met 1 registered nurse who was friendly and chatty - both rooms I visited were clean and the residents appeared to be well looked after. Generally, the total appearance of the home, both externally and internally was clean, and lots of greenery and seating were plentiful.

Our mother was admitted for rehab, and fairly quickly succumbed to an infection, went into a decline and died four weeks after admittance. My sisters and I are so, so happy that Mum ended up in Isis. We simply could not have wished for a better place for her to spend her last few weeks. The ward staff, who were geared up for rehab, could not have been more caring and at the same time professional. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. And a close eye was kept on Mum in spite of other demands. Our mother bonded with every single member of staff with whom she came into contact. The doctors from Donnington Medical Practice were also wonderful. Isis management were totally on the case - for example allowing Mum to stay in her rehab room (a move would have been very traumatic). In short, from every point of view, we thank our lucky stars that Mum spent her final weeks in Isis House.

Three of us came to visit this resident. We were very appropriately welcomed by reception staff. As one of us had visited this resident before, we knew where to go. As there was only one chair in the room, I went in search of another couple of chairs. I was, very quickly, asked if I needed help by a member of staff who showed me to the sitting room. The member of staff took one of the chairs for me. Within a short time, a member of staff came with a cup of tea for the resident, who asked if it was possible for "her guests" to have a cup of tea. She replied, very appropriately, that she had to serve the other residents first. The member of staff returned shortly and we were served with a delicious cup of tea. During our visit, the sun was shining very strongly through the window behind the resident. It was difficult for one of the visitors to see and it was difficult to get safely behind the resident. A member of staff came and noticed the sun and asked if we would like the curtain closed. We readily agreed. We were impressed with the care the resident received and with the care and attention we were given as guests. Thank you for a very enjoyable visit and for the care you are giving to our friend.

My whole experience visiting my ill elderly mother over the last three months of her life there was truly superb.
I found every member of staff helpful, sociable and cheerful doing what is often demanding and difficult job and got to know them on my daily visits.

The care home is clean, comfortable and welcoming. My mother was very ill and bed-bound, I am grateful to everyone there for her care. I remain eternally grateful to everyone there for her care. I remain eternally grateful that the Isis House Care Centre contacted me at home to spend my mother last night with her and be there when she died.

My father has recently been admitted to your care home, right from the moment he came to the home, all staff that I had the pleasure to meet were friendly and caring and had my father's interest at the heart of what they do.

The care for my friend has been very good. Various needs she had have been given without us asking or pointing out these needs. The food has been excellent, hot and well-cooked. The staff are friendly. There have been issues with tough handling at times, it may be that staff aren't always aware of how frail, elderly folk are sensitive to the touch which is something to be aware of in training I feel.

If I had to spend any time waiting for a broken ankle to heal... and catch Covid at the same time, I am sure I couldn't have found a better place than the Isis House Care Centre. I was confined to my sunny room. The nursing staff and carers were all so kind; the food was good and I had the bonus of physio still being allowed to continue with my exercises. Thank you to all.

Our mother is here in Isis. We have been very pleased with her care. Mum has settled in well and the staff have built good relationships with her.
