I visited a friend and we had afternoon tea served in the dining room. It was a lovely treat with all the items you would expect: finger sandwiches, scotch egg, scones with butter, jam and cream, Eccles cake and chocolate cake, everything homemade, and as much tea and coffee as you could drink, there was even a glass of Prosecco if you wished. The staff were very friendly throughout and made the afternoon a delightful occasion.
Thank you for your kind words and experience on your visit to the home.
The nursing and carers at Corrina Lodge have looked after my brother extremely well as his MS has continued to progress. His room was well decorated and he was treated with dignity and respect.
Thank you for your kind words, we appreciate the time taken to share your experience. We pride ourselves on the care delivered within our home. Thank you for the privilege to care for your relative.
We opted for Corrina Lodge and can honestly say we are so pleased we did. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. We felt safe leaving our loved one there knowing they’d be well cared for. On our regular visits, we became friends with many of the staff and it felt like a home from home.
Our family was always made to feel welcome and we attended some of the events they held to let families be together there and enjoy an event, like Easter with egg hunts which the kids enjoyed immensely.
For anyone looking for a care home for a loved one, I’d really recommend booking a visit to Corrina Lodge and seeing what they have to offer and speaking to some of the amazing staff there.
Thank you for your feedback. It was our pleasure looking after your father. Please do keep in touch, if you are in the area, pop in for a cup of tea and cake. You are always welcome for our future events that we have coming up this year.
The manager and nursing staff always have time to speak with you and keep you updated on your loved one. All the staff are lovely, kind and caring. The activities team work hard on keeping the residents busy.
It is also nice to walk in, have a cup of tea and piece of cake which is always available to the residents and visitors.
Thank you for looking after my mum.
Highly recommend this care home for those who are looking for care services.
I have been resident at Corrina Lodge for coming up to four years now and can confirm that most things are ‘adequate’ but no more. Unfortunately, I have had trouble with the current manager, almost from when he started. He doesn’t seem to like answering questions about my care. I believe that he is overworking the poor care staff, who daren’t complain because most don’t have English as a first language and are terrified of the sack. If anywhere ever needed an active trade union, it is Corrina Lodge. Now, that manager has decided to issue a 28 day eviction notice against me with no proven accusations. I’m sure none exist, I asked to install CCTV at my expense to prove my impeccable behaviour and eviction is the result. At Christmas too! Incidentally, I have multiple sclerosis, not dementia, but I don’t expect the manager cares what it is.
We’d like to reassure you again that we’re looking into your concerns and we will provide you with a formal response within the given timescales.

I was really pleased when I first visited Barchester Corrina Lodge Care Home, I was shown around by the administrator officer, introducing me to some of the staff and showing me some of the facilities available to the residents. Also, I found the home very clean, tidy and well-decorated. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking to place their loved one here.
No attempt to mobilise her.
They sedate her every night.
Really hate visiting my mum here, it really upsets me.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re really sorry to learn through your feedback that you do not receive the experience you expect. We understand that the General Manager has reached out and offered you a meeting to discuss any concerns that you have. The team in the home are...
We thoroughly enjoyed my mum's anniversary celebration. The sandwiches were delicious and hats off to the chef as the cake was amazing. My mum and dad had a lovely day.
It was our pleasure to cater for your mum's anniversary celebration and we thank you for your feedback which we appreciate and helps us to continually improve our services at Corrina Lodge.
Had to put our mum into care, but very reluctantly. Only managed to see her in a very brief visit but impressed with the staff and care. Mum won't be able to take part in the activities but if she remains peaceful I will be happy.
Thank you for your positive feedback - it's a pleasure and an honour to care for your Mum and your feedback is very appreciated and helpful to us to make improvements to our service for residents and families to benefit from.
My family and I are pleased with the care and attention my mother has received since moving into Barchester Corrina Lodge Care Home recently. The staff are so friendly and caring of all their residents and show much concern for family members at the difficult time of handing over care of a much-loved family member. Food, facilities and activities are amazing and the whole family enjoyed the recent teddy bears' picnic. A big thank you to every member of staff.
Thank you for your fabulous review and we're so glad you and your family all enjoyed the teddy bear picnic event. Your feedback is very much appreciated and helps us to continually strive to improve our services. We do hope you're available on Monday 25th to attend our very first outdoor garden cinema event!
I wish to give Corrina Lodge in Camberley a 5 star review purley on the dedication and compassion the staff played in the last 9 years of my mothers life ( Rosalind Moore ) All the nursing staff, the aids, caregivers and activities staff made my mother feel loved and so well cared for. My mother passed at 103 years and she had no family members left in the UK. To everyone at Corrina Lodge I owe a huge amount of gratitude for all the love and care you showed towards my mother. Thank you. Terry Moore.
Firstly, on behalf of everyone at Corrina Lodge, please accept our sincere condolences on the sad loss of your mother and thank you for taking the time to make your positive review which we greatly appreciate and helps us to improve and maintain standards in all areas.
My mum stayed for ten days in June while myself and my husband were on holiday. This is the second time she has stayed, and she thoroughly enjoys her time at Corrina Lodge. She likes having the residents to talk to, and all the staff are so kind, helpful and professional. She feels totally safe when she is there. She has the newspaper every day and has her hair done - she says it is like home from home. The food is excellent, and she always tells everyone. I would recommend Corrina Lodge to anyone who has a much-loved relative that needs to stay. Thank you to all the staff.
On behalf of Dumitru and all at Corrina Lodge, it was a privilege and our pleasure to have your Mum stay with us, and we very much look forward to seeing her again in the near future!
There are so many activities and events at the care home and it is totally the residents' choice whether they join in or not. Even activities that family members can join in too, like the toddler group, which my daughter took her children along to and it was great for everyone to enjoy time together.
I am always kept informed about my mother, which is so kind and very helpful when this is all a new experience for us. Thank you so much to all the amazing team for your hard work and dedication.
On behalf of the General Manager and the team, thank you so much for your lovely review - it's our pleasure and a privilege to be caring for your mother.
Thank you, Corrina Lodge.
Hello Pam, thank you for your lovely review which helps us to improve and maintain standards at Corrina Lodge and on behalf of residents and staff, we're delighted you enjoyed 'Corrina Fest'- please watch 'this' space and social media for information about forthcoming events to which all are welcome!
They dealt with my request to have my dad brought in for urgent respite care with dignity and respect. They made me feel (in a very emotional and fraught time) welcome and that Dad was welcome too. Dad has settled in well and is enjoying the excellent food served by inventive and well-balanced dishes. The nursing care is unbelievably wonderful with caring and kind staff at all levels. My dad is quite an introvert but he has become more involved in the activities provided by Corrina Lodge - but he loves the observatory where he can read and watch the birds in the garden in relative peace and quiet. All in all an excellently run care home with kind caring staff who always seem to be smiling. I'm very pleased that I managed to get my dad into Corrina Lodge.
Our late father spent the last 12 months of his time with us at Corina Lodge following a deterioration in his health. The home provided him with a safe and comfortable environment and, most importantly, access to 24-hour nursing care. We were kept well-informed throughout by the home and as a family, we are immensely grateful for the first-class care he received.
My mum has been a resident at Corrina Lodge for nearly a year. The staff are all lovely, caring, kind and welcoming. Her nursing care has been excellent. There are regular activities - the team are great. There is a lovely atmosphere and we are so glad that Mum is here and so well cared for.
It's our pleasure and privilege to be looking after your mum here at Corrina Lodge and we really appreciate your lovely feedback which we'll share with our team!
Mum enjoyed her stay. Plenty of activities and lovely staff. It was good to know she had been well looked after and cared for whilst we were unable to be on hand and provide her usual support. Thank you.
Thank you for your feedback. We look forward to having your mum back with us for her next respite period booked.
My auntie went to stay at Corrina Lodge for two weeks of respite care. She was treated extremely well, like part of an extended family. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. My auntie was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The staff were always polite and cheerful and even knew each resident by name. The chef organised for us all to share a delicious three-course meal in the conservatory. We would recommend Corrina Lodge.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. It was a pleasure to have your auntie with us for her respite period.

Meet the Team (9)

I have worked in elderly care since the age of 16, and then at 18, went on to train as a nurse. I have been working as a Registered Manager since 1998, and am passionate about providing the highest standard of care to our residents. I get pleasure from making a difference to the lives of our residents. I have personal experience in finding care as a relative and can understand the challenges you may face in finding good care. My father was in a Barchester care home, and my mother has also had respite care in a Barchester Home.
In my spare time, I enjoy baking cakes, art and craft, gardening and growing vegetables in the allotment. We have a wonderful team here at Corrina Lodge, all with the passion of providing a high level of care to our residents.

My name is Patrycja, and I am the Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead at Corrina Lodge.
I trained to become a registered nurse at the Medical University in Poland, which was where I graduated.
I am very invested in Corrina Lodge and have worked here since 2019, initially as a senior nurse.
Previous to this, I enjoyed a position as clinical lead in a dementia unit, which has contributed to my knowledge, understanding and determination to deliver outstanding care.
I am extremely passionate about my job and value the opportunity to really make a difference to our residents’ lives. I have created positive bonds with residents and their families during my time at Corrina and enjoy being part of such a vibrant community. I pride myself on my work ethic and enjoy working with such a dedicated team.

I joined Barchester in March 2026 and am new to the care sector. I have worked in Administration roles throughout my career, with approximately 21 years of experience. The team at Corrina Lodge are amazing, there is a real family feel here, and I have been made to feel so welcome since joining. I am really enjoying working within the care sector, and I am using my experience and knowledge to ensure our home can be the best it can be.
I look forward to welcoming you into our home.

Michelle Llaguno RGN is our Head of Unit; she served for many years as our trainer, operational lead and Care Practitioner. She has been and still is an amazing role model for our younger staff of how far you can come at Corrina Lodge.
Michelle is an exceptional Nurse and a fantastic leader. She also writes all the care rotas for all the staff every week.

Hi, I am Kerry, the Administration Assistant, and I joined in January 2026. I am new to the care sector, but I have extensive administration experience across various industries over many years! Corrina Lodge is a lovely place to be, with friendly, caring staff and wonderful residents whom I enjoy chatting with whilst I am manning the reception desk.

Hello, I’m Mark and I have been elected as Chairman of our Residents' Committee. The committee meets every two months, and we make lifestyle choices for the home.
I’ve lived at Corrina Lodge since 2017, and I have had so much support with activities that it has engaged my interest in all sorts of ways. My interest in art has resurfaced, and I now pursue this hobby actively. I also really enjoy taking photos around the home using my iPad, which get uploaded onto our TV in the reception area and are a great talking point for visitors.
As a spokesperson for our community, I enjoy helping others, welcoming visitors and getting involved with all aspects of life here at the home. I come from a very large family; I am one of nine siblings. My family and friends visit often and have recognised that living at Corrina Lodge has greatly enhanced my life.

Sharon has been at Corrina Lodge since July 1997 and is our longest-serving staff member. She has been Head of Activities twice and only relinquished the role when she was raising her lovely children.
Sharon leads a very strong team of three coordinators supported by Gina and Alina. Sharon also now has quite a collection of volunteers and work experience students. Activities are huge at Corrina Lodge, and Sharon thinks big and always follows through. We like to think that we give everything a try, and the activities that Sharon's team provide are incredibly well attended at Corrina Lodge.

Hi, my name is Sherry, and I have worked at Corrina for over 11 years. I started working as a carer, then progressed to senior carer and then ground floor team leader. I have recently achieved my qualification as a care practitioner. I am really enjoying the challenge and responsibility of my new role.
I am proud to be part of a brilliant team and personally pride myself on managing my floor, supporting residents in a person centred enviroment and ensuring the well-being and happiness of those we support. I have also built up excellent relationships with residents' families and friends.

My name is Kathleen, and I have worked in the care sector all of my working life. I believe I have a good understanding of our residents' needs and always do my utmost to accommodate them.
I love to make home-cooked dishes from scratch and always promote a nutritional diet. I enjoy cooking traditional dishes that residents can relate to and look as good as they taste.
On the naughty but nice side, I pride myself on baking some delicious cakes and biscuits for residents to enjoy.
Nothing is too much trouble, and I will always do my best to create a wonderful dining experience for the Corrina Community.
