I am really delighted with the care provided at Knowle Park both my parents were in the home and were always made to feel welcome and well cared for. Sadly we lost my mother recently but the staff at KP made her as comfortable as possible and I'm very grateful for all their help and support. The activities
are provided and organised to a high standard and the environment is lovely with stunning views.

Caroline

Caroline Sears

Job Title: Home Manager

I originally trained as a nurse, before moving into management within care homes 20 years ago. I maintain my clinical knowledge by working with the clinical team and attending relevant training. I also have a master’s degree in human management.


I have the responsibility of overseeing and supporting the team to ensure the home runs in the best way possible to achieve outstanding customer service and quality of care. Also through my role as Home Manager, I support our residents and their relatives, which is one of the main reasons I love my work.


My biggest achievement was being a finalist for Manager of the Year in the Surrey Care Association awards. In my spare time, I enjoy singing with Rock Choir. I also do yoga and swimming and have done Ceroc dancing in the past, which I would like to start up again. I also enjoy walking and being in nature.


I have lived in Haslemere for 21 years and have an enjoyable cross-country route to get to Cranleigh. Cranleigh is a uniquely beautiful village with views of the Surrey Downs.
