My mother has been a resident at Knowle Park for ten months. She has received excellent personal and nursing care, all of the staff are very professional and caring. Knowle Park is set in a beautiful countryside setting with clean and comfortable rooms. The facilities are excellent. It has a warm, friendly, family atmosphere and operates an open visiting policy.

My father was cared for at Knowle Park for his final 2 1/2 years. The care he received was exemplary- thoroughly professional yet personal. He was valued as an individual and given appropriate, increasing levels of personal and nursing care. I and his other relatives were also cared for.

Caroline Sears
Caroline SearsJob Title:Home Manager

I originally trained as a nurse, before moving into management within care homes 20 years ago.

I maintain my clinical knowledge by working with the clinical team and attending relevant training. I also have a master’s degree in human management.

I have the responsibility of overseeing and supporting the team to ensure the home runs in the best way possible to achieve outstanding customer service and quality of care. My role as Home Manager also involves supporting our residents and their relatives, which is one of the main reasons I love my work.

My biggest achievement was being a finalist for ‘Manager of the Year’ in the Surrey Care Association Awards.

At Knowle Park, care from the heart means our team working together to achieve excellence with kindness, respect and empathy.
