My mum has been a resident at Puttenham for a year now. I feel no words are enough, no trumpet fanfares loud enough to praise every aspect of the home. They have made her transition to a Nursing Home wonderful with their compassion, understanding, unfaltering care. Rooms are so light and airy, very refreshing. Activities are varied, also trips out which are wonderful. When I visit walking in is a breath of fresh air always greeted with genuine smiles. Thank you all, my mind rests knowing Mum is in such caring, wonderful hands from every one of you.

Fantastic and very caring staff. Very welcoming when my grandfather arrived at the home, they couldn't do enough to help him and us as a family. They kept us informed every step of the way regardless of how busy they were. All staff offered their full support throughout my grandfather's time with them. Could not recommend them enough! Thank you all so much for your help, care and support

After breaking my hip, I came to Puttenham Hill for 2 weeks of respite care. It was the best decision I could have made, I was given the very best of care by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The meals were delicious, and the activities were a great addition to my day. The manager made a point of speaking to me every day and the other staff - all of which I knew by name, were simply wonderful, so kind and patient, but with such a lovely sense of humour that brightened every day. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Thank you for your kind words. We hope Puttenham Hill House care home did everything possible to make the transition as easy as possible. Well run home, and special thanks to the manager for his very helpful and pleasant attitude and the lady for her administration and helping the manager to obtain a suitable room and settle him in. Thank you very much. I would like them to be listed for special attention by Bupa.
Thank you for your kind words. We are very happy to hear you can feel at ease with your lovely one in our care. We will certainly pass your comments on to the manager. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
Since my arrival here last February, I have been very impressed by how friendly and reliable the members of staff have proved to be and how well I have been cared for. I have been made to feel very much at home here and am so pleased my relation had prior knowledge about how good this home would be for me. My health concerns have been looked after well and my room made very homely with items I was allowed to bring from my house. Many activities are arranged regularly for us.

Mum became a resident at Puttenham Hill House Care Home in December 2022 after another care home closed. She's been a resident for two months, at a time when the call alert system was changed and the home had Covid which meant the residents were confirmed to their rooms for two-plus weeks. I've found the home to be bright and cheery. The staff are welcoming and caring. The management appears to be liked and endorsed by the staff. All staff, from carers to housekeeping, are always helpful when I visit.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are very happy to hear you can feel at ease with your mum in our care and hope Puttenham Hill House Care Home did everything possible to make the transition as easy as possible. I have now been here one year and my daughters and I are very pleased we chose this home. It is not too big at all and is in a building that originated as a country home which gives it a homely feeling and appearance. The management and the staff are very pleasant, kind, willing and helpful and hardworking and include a trained RN. The food is good and adequate, the building is well cleaned. The resident's laundry is done on-site.

My husband has been at Puttenham Hill House for eleven years and has always been well cared for by lovely staff, who have treated him as a human being and not just another resident. It is a very happy and friendly home, and I would recommend it to anyone.

On June 4th I went to my mother's home to celebrate The Queens Jubilee. The staff had put so much work into ensuring the residents and families had a lovely day. The staff had come in on their time off. It is the most caring loving family environment. Thank you Puttenham Hill House Care Home for all you have done and continue to do.
Thank you for your feedback. We are so happy that you enjoyed the celebrations with us.
The home has a lounge/dining room and activities room. The home is clean and has a lift to help get around. The garden has many large trees and has access in good weather with a super deny tree which blossoms each year. There is easy parking for us.

This home is excellent my grandmother has been her some time now the staff are brilliant and spend time with her, they know her very well. During COVID they have kept us fully informed I would highly recommend this caring home.

In the five or more years that I have been visiting my friend, the staff have been consistently helpful and friendly. During Covid, there has been great attention to keeping the residents safe, though this may have been to their visitors!
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that the safety procedures we put in place during the pandemic were comforting to you.
Following my wife's admission to Puttenham Hill House Care Home during lockdown mid-May 2020, due to strict adherence to covid-19 infection control, they have kept her safe. I have found the staff to be friendly and very willing to help during these most stressful 15 months. Easing of restrictions plus personal visits has improved morale drastically. As well as appreciating the dedication of all care staff, I wish to record my thanks to the Activity Facilities Coordinator who always remained positive and cheerful.
Thank you for your kind words. It certainly has been a very challenging 15 months, we are so happy to be able to welcome you back in for visits again. I will pass on your thanks and thank you again for your review.
Staff are always very attentive to us and my brother. The surroundings are very pleasant and the care is excellent.
