This care home is like a luxury hotel! Beautifully clean and welcoming, with a warm friendly atmosphere. The attention to detail when patients arrive is outstanding. Even a little welcome pack tailored to each guest makes them feel special. I honestly think that my friend would not have recovered as well as he did if it were not for the wonderful compasssionate care he received during his stay.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review and for your incredibly kind words- your feedback means a lot to us and we will make sure this is shared with our team.
We couldn't be happier with our decision. It was difficult to hand over full care to a new team after so long but Bagshot Gardens could not of made it any easier.
Both parents have different and varying complex needs and they are managing this expertly. The luxury of a shared apartment for them both means they are still together as a married couple in the same space something that was so important to us.
The medical assistance is top notch. Every time we ask about something it has already been done and actioned.
The communication between us as family members is again first class.
The staff are amazing, so kind, professional and caring they quickly knew us all by name and we feel part of the team when we are warmly welcomed when we visit.
We are so pleased with our decision to choose Bagshot Gardens and we can now enjoy our relationship with our parents again as daughters
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review and for your incredibly kind words- your feedback means a lot to us and we will make sure this is shared with our team.
Our mum is looked after very well at Bagshot Gardens Car Home, we couldn't ask for better care for her. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, caring, attentive and exceptionally welcoming, and really make you feel at home whenever we visit our mum. We receive regular updates via email on how mum is doing too.
Having done this, I can honestly say I'm impressed with the standard of care and living conditions at Bagshot Gardens. The home feels warm and welcoming, the staff are in the main friendly and the facilities are in good condition and well maintained.
Dad is comfortable and happy living at Bagshot Gardens, and that's the most important thing.
Please let the management team know if there is any way we can improve your score.
My Mother-in-law stayed at Bagshot Gardens Care Home - Avery Collection and we honestly couldn't have asked for better care. The staff were absolutely outstanding kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and they always went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and happy.
The food was amazing, with generous portions and a great variety, which she really enjoyed. The entertainment was also fantastic lively, engaging, and thoughtfully planned to suit everyone's needs and interests.
What meant the most to us as as a family was the warm, welcoming and friendly environment. It gave us real peace of mind knowing she was safe, well cared for, and treated with dignity and respect. We were absolutely delighted with the care she received and would highly recommend Bagshot Gardens to anyone looking for a caring and supportive home or rest-bite!
Thank you for your outstanding review, it was an absolute pleasure caring for your mother in law and we look forward to welcoming you all back again soon.
GEnerally all things are good & very satisfactory, but if things are not, my mums bale to talk to the staff and feels she is listened to.
It would be lovely if the carers were allocated more time to be able to chat & socialise with the residents, etc., rather than be very tight on times.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review - your feedback means a lot to us and we will make sure this is shared with everyone.
Always a great experience when I come for breakfast. Food is lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Great service from all the team. A few times I've dealt wtih Karen & she's welcoming and friendly & v helpful. I usually see Ana and she is brilliant and looks after me. A massive thank you to all as it makes a big difference and it's important to Nanna that she knows I've been looked after and eaten! Thank you to Frysta too!
Your kind words will be shared with everyone, especially the dining team for looking after you so well.

Rooms comfortable and welcoming
Have never needed to make a complaint all staff more than willing to resolve any issues
We are so proud of our home and to all of our team members that contribute to the smooth running of it.
It is great to know that their hard work and commitment doesn't go unnoticed.
We will share your review with the team, who will be so grateful to hear such praise.
The experience starts when you walk through the door and get a warm friendly greeting at reception. First impressions as you look around you see carers assisting the residents in a warm friendly manner, also interacting with them. I find all members of staff very helpful. My step father is very happy in his surroundings and interacts with other residents, this reassures me and my family that he is in good hands.
Our team strive to maintain the highest standards possible. It is lovely to hear that your experience of our home is warm and friendly.
We will share this with all of our team, who will be really happy to receive such positive feedback.
Mum moved into Bagshot Gardens only 3 weeks ago and we have been delighted with the care that she has received. All the staff are friendly, caring, kind and helpful and mum has been well supported as she settles in. We were dreading this moment, having taken the reluctant decision to move mum into a care home, but we feel so relieved knowing that she is now safe, well fed and very comfortable with constant supervision both day and night. The food is excellent, the home always clean and tidy with a range of daily activities on offer. Mum has already enjoyed 2 outings in the minibus and today we left her listening to Christmas carols on the piano just as the brass band arrived to play even more. It's a wonderful place for mum to spend another phase of her life at the tender age of 102. I can't recommend it enough.
Thank you for the 5 *review - it is lovely to hear such positive feedback. We are so pleased that your mum has settled so well. It is an absolute pleasure to care for her. We will ensure that this is shared with all of our hardworking team.
My mum has been in Bagshot Gardens Care Home for 14 months. I can honestly say that my mum has received excellent care and I have no complaints whatsoever. Every staff member from hospitality, nurses, carers, receptionists and managers all get a 10 out of 10 from me.
Thank you for writing such lovely comments, this means so much to the team. At Bagshot the team are really dedicated to create a safe, welcoming and fulfilled environment for all residents.
My Mother has been living in Bagshot Gardens for over a year now and as a family we are extremely pleased with the care she receives. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and we are kept up to date with all aspects of mums care. The home is beautiful and always clean and tidy and the outside gardens are immaculate and somewhere beautiful for us to take mum when we visit as she loves all the plants! She is regularly taken on trips and particularly enjoys when they have events on and the singers. I would highly recommend Bagshot Gardens.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review! We are so delighted to receive feedback about your mothers care and that she is enjoying the activities. Your kind words mean a lot and we will pass in your lovely comments to the whole team.
I have been very happy here at Bagshot Gardens Care Home, and extremely well looked after in all departments. Huge compliments to all yr teams for how they operate. Of particular importance to me in respite was the willingness of care staff to assist me with dressing and washing, the efficiency with which you managed by medication and the quality of food and service in the dining room .
Thank you for your review, we are pleased to hear that you felt extremely well looked after during your stay here at Bagshot gardens care home. It was a pleasure to support you. Please do not hesitate to pop in and say hello over a coffee and cake when you are passing, and you are more than welcome to join us for any events that we have in the future.
The food was good and varied with a choice of starter and main and it catered for all dietary requirements.
There was a good programme of activities each day..
Something I found very impressive was the fact that your clothes were labelled for you on admittance.
The staff were all, friendly and caring and always had time for a chat. The medical staff were particularly observant and thoughtful. .
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who couldn't do enough for me.
I cant think of nicer surroundings to (in my case) regain one's health. Thank you Bagshot Gardens.

Mother in law has been at the home for around 4 years. Regards it as her home and feels safe and well cared for by the home and staff. It is a pleasant place to visit with a bistro and lounge with coffee, tea, snacks and cakes and homely. Have seen the excellent care and efforts to engage residents on visits and special events, and fairs put on. Excellent care and attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your lovely feedback. There is no better compliment than to hear that residents regards Bagshot gardens as their home. and that they are well cared for and feel safe. We look forward to seeing you for a coffee very soon.
Mum's time at Bagshot was the very best we could have hoped for.
Everyone in the team is extraordinary. The culture is that of a loving, caring family. Each individual resident in Assisted Living and Reminiscence is given the very best care and respect.
Activities are engaging and inventive - from live music to petting zoo!
Outings in the minibus (incl wheelchairs) are a boon. It's possible for relatives to meet up to share the afternoon out. This made it feel like old times!
Communication re: health, requests for toiletries etc were always timely. Personal care is of the highest standard.
The nursing staff manage complex medical needs with ease. Likewise, the Carers are very supportive, loving and attentive.
Mum was immobile after her stroke, and had advanced Alzeimers, but felt truly supported and loved, by the staff, family and friends while at Bagshot. We all felt welcome to visit for as long, and as often as we liked.
I cannot recommend Bagshot Gardens Care Home highly enough.

Her room is kept spotlessly clean and all the area's around the Carehome are really nice.
The food always smells delicious and they are happy to accommodate any changes in diet. So pleased she is now at this lovely Carehome.

The staff have always kept me informed and updated of the care and needs of my husband.
Thank you all for your support and kindness.

My name is Tiina. Yes, spelt with two I's, I am Finnish. I moved to England in May 2002 to continue my management placement in catering. I loved it so much I decided to stay. I joined in 2011, the same as Tracey, since the day it opened. I look after all resident's dietary needs, their nutrition their hydration, their intolerances, their allergies, and most importantly their likes and dislikes. Not everyone is a fan of everything and it's important to me that everyone gets something they like. I especially enjoy making special cakes for birthdays and anniversaries. Did you know I have made over 10 100th birthday cakes! Food is such an important part of good living and I am so passionate about making sure the residents enjoy their meals. Feel free to ask me anything when you visit. I am always happy to help.

I am the head of housekeeping and have worked here since the day it opened back in 2011. Me and my team make sure your laundry is named, washed, ironed and returned to you without anything going missing. I have a pretty good track record here! We keep the community sparking clean and take a lot of pride in our work. The residents enjoy seeing us each day when we pop into their rooms to make sure everything is as it should be. It's an absolute pleasure to work here.

I started in Care over 13 years ago coming from a finance background, so it was quite different, but something I felt I’d like to do after helping care for family. I started as a Carer on Reminiscence which I really enjoyed and later went on to driving their minibus and taking them out on little adventures. Last year, after driving for many years and in different communities, I decided to settle down and just stay at Bagshot, helping with Maintenance a couple of days a week. In November I handed over the reins as Minibus Driver to my colleague, Cherrie, (I knew the residents would be in safe hands) and became a full-time Maintenance Operative. You will now find me walking down the corridors with paint on my shoes and sawdust on my trousers. I enjoy my new role very much, ensuring the residents’ have nice rooms to live in and everything is working as it should be. I’m very much looking forward to the Summer where hopefully we can get the residents involved in some DIY, if they want to of course.
Outside of work, I love walking driving, and exploring new places.

I was delighted to join at the beginning of March 2020 as Business Office Coordinator for Payroll, HR administration, Recruitment, Accounts receivable and payable, residents invoices control, information monitoring and systems etc. I have completed my postgraduate Diploma in CIM and have been working in the healthcare sector for nearly six years now. I am passionate about caring for people and what we do to improve people's lives. I'm so excited to be part of this family and looking forward to working closely with my colleagues and residents.

Before joining the care sector, I spent ten years working in hospitality, where I developed a passion for making people feel welcomed and supported. For almost seven years, I've been helping individuals and families navigate the important decision of choosing a care home.
Having also supported members of my own family as a carer, I understand first-hand the emotions and challenges that can come with finding the right care. My aim is always to offer a warm welcome, honest guidance and reassurance, helping families feel informed and supported every step of the way.
I particularly enjoy building relationships within our local community and bringing people together through events and activities that showcase the wonderful life at Bagshot Gardens. I look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Sandy began her career in care over 20 years ago and has gained extensive experience across domiciliary care, live-in care, extra care and residential care homes. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of supporting people from many different backgrounds and finds great fulfilment in meeting new people and making a positive difference in their lives.
As Residential Care Manager, Sandy oversees our Assisted Living and Evergreen communities, supporting the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for every resident. She also works closely with the General Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the home continues to operate effectively and maintain the highest standards of care.
Sandy is proud to be part of Avery Healthcare, valuing the organisation's strong ethos and commitment to providing exceptional care for residents.
