I have lived at Lindridge for over five years now. Without the care I receive here I would fear for my mental health. My life would become unbearable and I could no longer exist. Don't let anything change, please.

Beautiful, attentive service for my friend. A very lovely 99.8-year-old woman who would be minimal fuss.


An Indian? lady on staff - very very lovely manner.


A lady calling out repeatedly opposite my friend and struggling to get help. We tried a couple of times.

My first visit and very impressed, no smells of cabbage etc. Kindly and welcoming staff. My friend was happy and well cared for, seemed very content. Looked a lot better than when she lived on her own. If I have to go to a home in the future (heaven forbid) I would consider this one.

I am so glad my brother and I chose Lindridge as our uncles care home. The staff were fantastic and really formed a lovely bond with my uncle. Living at a distance trust was very important for us and I had absolutely no reservations that he would not get first class care.
He enjoyed the banter with
the staff, nurses, carers and cleaners and they made his last few weeks very comfortable. I want to thank the wonderful staff there for all your support. You do an amazing job.

All staff are very caring to all residents. Thank you for taking great care of my Grandmother. Sadly she passed away, but the care she was given by one special nurse and by the carers, was just overwhelming, you all know who I mean.

My mum moved into Lindridge just over a year ago. We could no longer provide the level of personal care she needed and her physical health was failing. I didn’t think my dad, who sadly died just before Christmas, could imagine for a second his wife was no longer living at home, but from the lady who
first welcomed us to look around, to the carer yesterday who recognised that it would have been dad’s birthday and spoke to mum about him, there hasn’t been a day mum hasn’t been well cared for. The environment is calm, friendly and often fun. The carers shape the day so it isn’t just about the basics ... good moments happen all the time. I visit mum most days and when I do it’s not her Alzheimers I see, but someone happy in her home, surrounded by people who care for her.

Our family has changed massively over the last 12 months and for all the sad that has happened Lindridge has been the shining light and best edition to a family anybody could ever ask for.


What is so brilliant for us all is that we know Mum is safe, better and happier with you and the team than we

could every pretend to believe we could achieve. This doesn't make is feel we've let Mum down because we can't care for here any longer. Strangely our family is more together now, with quality time and warmth rather than trying to cope and knowing in your heart it's still not enough.


It was a big leap, but the best one. Thank your for being part of our family now.... it's not just Mum you care for.

My mother was sent from hospital to Lindridge to recuperate from a cracked pelvis. The home is lovely and light, fresh and spacious. The food was good and they were always happy to offer her meals to satisfy her "difficult" tastes. She was very well cared for and the staff were absolutely lovely to
her - so much so that she didn't want to leave and return home! Should she have a need of a nursing home in the future, Lindridge will be the very first choice. Thank you everyone there for your care and kindness to her.

It has been a marvelous experience being here. I was very scared and in lots of pain when I arrived, but with the help and support from all the wonderful kind staff, they have got me through a very difficult time. Also, lots of laughter and amazing food, better than a lot of hotels I have been to. I

My dad was cared for at Lindridge with enormous care, compassion and kindness. It is such a welcoming place and we honestly couldn't have hoped for a better experience during his final days. I couldn't recommend the entire service more.

It is a relief to be cared for by kind and caring staff who work only for your comfort. It is a pleasure to be able to ask the staff how they are and to not get a list of their aches and pains and how tiresome their job is. Lindridge respond to your needs as best and as quickly as they can. The food
is varied and imaginative and nutritious, well-cooked and pleasingly presented, meal times are a pleasure.

Both my parents are in Lindridge my father 87 with Alzheimer's and my mother 86 recovering from a broken ankle with a view to staying at Lindridge in an apartment. I live abroad. I have spent a week visiting them and can only say that I am going back home to Spain feeling sad to say goodbye but at the
same time feeling happy that my parents are being looked after by such a kind team of professionals. I think my parents are lucky to have the opportunity to live under the same roof in such a homely atmosphere where their needs are met. Not just medical care needs which seem first class but also and just as important, their need for loving care at this time of their life. Thank you!

The staff are excellent! I have been here for ten weeks due to complications with a knee replacement. I am cared for very well and the food choice and quality is excellent. The cleanliness of my room is of a good standard. I am very pleased I have my own television as I can relax in comfort. I believe
I am meant to be having some physiotherapy at some point during my stay and I have been visited by a doctor as well.

I can't thank the staff enough for the excellent care they gave to my mother and her family. From when she was admitted to when she sadly passed away, they gave her first class care. They knew her name, they got to know her likes and dislikes very quickly!
Her room was always clean and the of the place
was very clean. There was always a welcome hello from all the staff.
I would recommend this home to anybody, it is the best home from home for a person who needs extra care and support!!!
A huge thank you to all the staff at the home for making my mother's last few months as comfortable as possible.
