I wanted to show our appreciation to the very kind and attentive staff that take care of my dad. Not only do we have a couple of wonderful carers who have consistently made my dad's days better and brighter, but my mum and I were blown away by the kindness from the kitchen staff for my fathers 74th Birthday.

They went above and beyond to work with me to create a special Birthday menu just for him, even with Covid 19 creating all sorts of new challenges, my dad was still able to enjoy a delicious medium-rare steak meal with all the trimmings, pureed, but still as yummy. The head chef even printed images of the food prep process and final steak, then laminated this so he was able to 'see' the food while he ate it. His communication with me and attention to detail was exceptional and if the same amount of love is put into their Christmas Lunch I may have to change my plans! Thanks again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfy, beds were a bit hard for my taste. Food was excellent and the whole care home seemed very clean. Lots of activities for residents ie carol services and parties etc.

If someone needs care I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The carers at Lindridge are without a doubt the most caring, kind, lovely people you could wish for.
My mum was loved there right up until the day she passed away. I could not be with Mum at the end due to the COVID-19 but the nurse and carers made sure I could say goodbye on Skype.
My mum felt very safe and secure at Lindridge.
May God bless all the staff there... nurses, carers, admin people and management.

Thank You!

My husband arrived at Lindridge after an artery bypass and was extremely poorly. From day one, when they introduced themselves, they made us the family most welcome. They gave him the very best of care in every way possible. We have the greatest regard for everyone, and they have our very grateful thanks.

The staff at Lindridge are very caring. My Mother is very happy and feels at home. My sister and I cannot fault the care that my mother receives. We are kept up to date on her health and general well being. They also have a very good social and community program.

While my wife was in Lindridge she was looked after so well but unfortunately, she was admitted to the hospital and passed away on the 30th Dec. Being at Lindridge I know she was looked after so well by everyone who she met and saw so many times.

I arrived at the beginning of January. At first, I had care from frequent changes of staff because of Christmas/New Year covers by agency staff. However, I gradually had the same staff. It also took a little while of staff to learn that I was known by my second name. After that start, I had good and helpful care and by the time I left, they were like old friends. The food was enjoyable and the chef was really helpful when I had a problem with swallowing.

My mother had amazing care whilst in Lindridge Care Home, both when she was in rehab and then later having palliative care. The staff were so caring and it made her feel happy and comfortable and for my family and I, we really appreciated how kind the staff were to her until she passed away at the end of November. A big thank you to everyone at Lindridge.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lindridge care home. My mum was only there a matter of weeks as her health declined so quickly, but she received amazing care in that short time. The dementia unit is small but perfect and the staff are respectful, caring and go out of their way to make sure residents and their families feel cared for. We moved Mum from a home in Worthing which showed none of these qualities, so we are just so relieved that we found Lindridge for Mum’s last few weeks.

I was at Lindridge for three weeks as a respite patient with mobility problems because of Parkinson’s.
On arrival, I was met with a friendly welcome and was made to feel at home. This continued throughout my stay and I was always greeted by name. When possible, I was walked along corridors to exercise, and my medication was efficiently managed. When I arrived, I was underweight and off my food, but thanks to your imaginative and very skilful chef, my weight increased, and I looked forward to all meals.

It was, above all, a good atmosphere and I am grateful to all.

The resident concerned always spoke of the kindness of the staff and as relatives, we frequently saw why. The activities provided gave a fresh stimulus to the resident who relished the challenges offered. They were able to enjoy gardening again and the trips out were enjoyable. The staff were excellent, always respectful and friendly and could not have been more caring during the residents final days. Their treatment of relatives at this difficult time was exemplary.

Staff very nice and friendly and did all they could. He could not see the TV as it was too high on the wall and he cannot look up as he has a bad back. He was not happy but that was not staff. They did all they could.

I'm sorry your husband was unable to benefit from the TV in his room during his short stay with us. The TV's are fixed to the wall for safety reasons, however, we do have some portable TV's that we could have provided for your husband if you had informed one of our team of the issue. We offer...

My mum came to Lindridge for palliative care. Mum, in early January, had a fall and broke her hip, she recovered after her operation but she developed pneumonia. Mum was a very frail lady, in the hospital they found she had breast cancer, the hospital gave her three months to live because of her frailty and they didn’t think she could not go through the treatment for breast cancer. Mum was also blind due to glaucoma.

Most of the care team at Lindridge are exceptional. It took Mum a while to settle in because of her sight problems. Mum did bond with some of the team and my dad and I visited daily. We also bonded with a lot of the staff. Mum was kept impeccably clean, her room was also very clean. Mum sadly passed away after five months and one day at the Lindridge. We believe it was because she received such good care, that she lived those extra few months. When Mum died the whole team were extremely respectful and caring. I could not fault this care home, Lindridge Care Home is a care home that does care.

Our mother was a resident from 5 Jan 2019 to 9 June 2019. The care she received from all the staff was excellent. They would always have time for a chat with mum and the family when we visited. Mum was very happy here and we are extremely grateful for all the care mum received whilst at Lindridge.

Mum came into Lindridge as a rehab patient. She loved it here moving in permanently was an easy decision. Mum was loved by all, safe, comfortable and happy, a big relief to the family. All the staff could not have been kinder. Mum spent her last weeks in a happy caring environment. The love and support extended to the family at the end was exceptionally kind. Everyone was kind and caring.
