My husband arrived at Lindridge after an artery bypass and was extremely poorly. From day one, when they introduced themselves, they made us the family most welcome. They gave him the very best of care in every way possible. We have the greatest regard for everyone, and they have our very grateful thanks.

The staff at Lindridge are very caring. My Mother is very happy and feels at home. My sister and I cannot fault the care that my mother receives. We are kept up to date on her health and general well being. They also have a very good social and community program.

While my wife was in Lindridge she was looked after so well but unfortunately, she was admitted to the hospital and passed away on the 30th Dec. Being at Lindridge I know she was looked after so well by everyone who she met and saw so many times.

I arrived at the beginning of January. At first, I had care from frequent changes of staff because of Christmas/New Year covers by agency staff. However, I gradually had the same staff. It also took a little while of staff to learn that I was known by my second name. After that start, I had good and
helpful care and by the time I left, they were like old friends. The food was enjoyable and the chef was really helpful when I had a problem with swallowing.

We had a truly exceptional experience with Lindridge House. Every member of staff were incredible with our mum and we were very lucky that she spent her last days in such a kind and caring environment. Thanks so to the exceptional Team. Our only regret is that we did not find you sooner.

My mother had amazing care whilst in Lindridge Care Home, both when she was in rehab and then later having palliative care. The staff were so caring and it made her feel happy and comfortable and for my family and I, we really appreciated how kind the staff were to her until she passed away at the end
of November. A big thank you to everyone at Lindridge.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lindridge care home. My mum was only there a matter of weeks as her health declined so quickly, but she received amazing care in that short time. The dementia unit is small but perfect and the staff are respectful, caring and go out of their way to make sure residents
and their families feel cared for. We moved Mum from a home in Worthing which showed none of these qualities, so we are just so relieved that we found Lindridge for Mum’s last few weeks.

I was at Lindridge for three weeks as a respite patient with mobility problems because of Parkinson’s.
On arrival, I was met with a friendly welcome and was made to feel at home. This continued throughout my stay and I was always greeted by name. When possible, I was walked along corridors to exercise,
and my medication was efficiently managed. When I arrived, I was underweight and off my food, but thanks to your imaginative and very skilful chef, my weight increased, and I looked forward to all meals.
It was, above all, a good atmosphere and I am grateful to all.

The resident concerned always spoke of the kindness of the staff and as relatives, we frequently saw why. The activities provided gave a fresh stimulus to the resident who relished the challenges offered. They were able to enjoy gardening again and the trips out were enjoyable. The staff were excellent,
always respectful and friendly and could not have been more caring during the residents final days. Their treatment of relatives at this difficult time was exemplary.

Staff very nice and friendly and did all they could. He could not see the TV as it was too high on the wall and he cannot look up as he has a bad back. He was not happy but that was not staff. They did all they could.

I'm sorry your husband was unable to benefit from the TV in his room during his short stay with us. The TV's are fixed to the wall for safety reasons, however, we do have some portable TV's that we could have provided for your husband if you had informed one of our team of the issue. We offer activities to our Hospital Step-down patients but realise that they don't always fit in with their OT appointment times. Thank you for your comments regarding the good care your husband received.

My mum came to Lindridge for palliative care. Mum, in early January, had a fall and broke her hip, she recovered after her operation but she developed pneumonia. Mum was a very frail lady, in the hospital they found she had breast cancer, the hospital gave her three months to live because of her frailty
and they didn’t think she could not go through the treatment for breast cancer. Mum was also blind due to glaucoma.
Most of the care team at Lindridge are exceptional. It took Mum a while to settle in because of her sight problems. Mum did bond with some of the team and my dad and I visited daily. We also bonded with a lot of the staff. Mum was kept impeccably clean, her room was also very clean. Mum sadly passed away after five months and one day at the Lindridge. We believe it was because she received such good care, that she lived those extra few months. When Mum died the whole team were extremely respectful and caring. I could not fault this care home, Lindridge Care Home is a care home that does care.

Our mother was a resident from 5 Jan 2019 to 9 June 2019. The care she received from all the staff was excellent. They would always have time for a chat with mum and the family when we visited. Mum was very happy here and we are extremely grateful for all the care mum received whilst at Lindridge.

Mum came into Lindridge as a rehab patient. She loved it here moving in permanently was an easy decision. Mum was loved by all, safe, comfortable and happy, a big relief to the family. All the staff could not have been kinder. Mum spent her last weeks in a happy caring environment. The love and support
extended to the family at the end was exceptionally kind. Everyone was kind and caring.

After trying to look after Mum at home for about 6 months, even with outside carers, it gradually became too much and sot safe for either of us. Mum needed 24/7 and that needs a whole team, not just one person. From day 1 at Lindridge the whole family is looked after, all made welcome and asked after
when visiting. Special thanks to a certain member of staff who realised I was finding it hard to let go of being Mum's carer - she was always ready with a hug. Instead of being just myself and Mum, Mum now has a steady stream of visitors because Lindridge is near all the rest of the family. Mum has also developed a good bond with carers. I visit as often as I can (from Scotland) and love staying for lunch - the food is amazing. I am so glad we found Lindridge and wish everyone in need could experience the same standard of care. As a family we really do appreciate everything being done for Mum.

I was treated in the very best of ways from the moment I entered into Lindridge until the moment that I left for home. The care continued when I reached home, making sure that I could manage everything I had to do for myself until my carers arrived as I live alone and am 93 years old. I cannot praise
Lindridge highly enough, everything I needed was done for me. The bells were answered and staff all very helpful and friendly. New friends were made and there were many activities to join in if you wanted to. They physios were very helpful as were the staff. I enjoyed my stay.
