Staff very caring. Food excellent.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. Kind regards.
My husband was transferred to Victoria Highgrove from hospital for therapeutic care. It was hoped that with nursing care and physiotherapy his strength would return and he would be able to walk again. Unfortunately this didn't happen despite all the care and help he received and he gradually got weaker and weaker and died on 6th March 2024. He was a very difficult patient to deal with because he didn't want to be there. I can't thank all the staff enough for their patience and wonderful care they gave him.
I am so sorry for your loss and can only thank you enormously for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback.Once again, condolences.
Very pleasant staff. Clean and tidy home.
Thank you so much for providing your feedback.Much appreciated.
Highgrove is a first-class nursing home. Everything is excellent. The staff are friendly, happy, chatty, kind, caring and respectful. The home is very clean, the food is delicious, all the equipment works well and if you need anything they go above and beyond to get it for you. Highgrove has changed my view of nursing homes and I'm no longer fearful for what the future might bring.
Thank you so much for your very clear endorsement of Highgrove. Wonderful to read!
From our first contact with Highgrove by phone, the staff have been tremendous; caring and warm, treating my mother-in-law as special and making her feel welcome and supported. She felt safe. She is happy and settled and cared for. Thank you!
I am delighted that you are all so happy. Thank you.
Victoria Highgrove are caring for my mother post a hip operation. They have been incredibly kind, attentive, organised, friendly and helpful. My mum is very happy with Highgrove - and you cannot ask for more than that.
I am so pleased that your mother is so happy. Thank you.
Staff caring and compassionate, not just to our dad but to us as close family members.
Thank you.
Everything was great. I think all the staff were considerate and looked after me well. They were helpful and helped me with everything I needed help with e.g. helped with cutting nails and reminding me about things.
Best wishes.
The food is great, Dad actually looked forward to meal times!
The care provided is excellent and physios, OTs, GPs, nurses and the rest of the care staff all provide friendly care and can't do enough for everyone.
Thank you, Victoria Highgrove!
Much appreciated.
The accommodation, the care, the friendliness and the food have all reached an expectably high standard.
Thank you.
I was welcomed with a very warm and friendly feeling. My room was very clean and warm with good washing facilities and good, clean equipment. Lovely TV and phone if needed. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with all I needed. I think Victoria Highgrove is a very, very pleasant place to stay.
DELIGHTFUL!
Very satisfactory, could not with for better care.
Thank you so much and I am delighted you are so happy.
My grandmother was referred to Victori Highgrove from the hospital after breaking her hip. We have been very impressed with the care she has been receiving.
As a family, we were extremely impressed with the exemplary care and kindness my husband received at Victoria Highgrove. We could not have wished for more and cannot thank them enough. Particularly the way they handled the difficult situation when my husband wanted to leave before it was recommended.
Much appreciated.
My mother came to Victoria Highgrove directly from hospital and from the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with respect and cared for her. The staff were amazing and I would definitely want my mother to be at this home if she ever requires permanent care. She was sent home today and the staff were taking care of her right to the last moment she was in their care. Absolutely fantastic!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Much appreciated.
My father-in-law came to Victoria Highgrove for respite care after a chest infection. He was very well looked after as we live in Bristol so could not visit everyday we knew he was in safe hands. The staff kept us informed on his progress a few times a week. He was very happy with his room and was cared for by the night team when he was having trouble with his catheter. He really liked the food as the chef is very good. He also joined in with the activities and liked to read the magazine the home provided and enjoyed the puzzle pages. The staff were all great and friendly.
Thank you so much for your very kind review. Much appreciated.
The care my dad received was exceptional. He loved staying here, and he loved the staff. When we visited, the staff were welcoming and helpful. I can't thank them enough.
Thank you.
I went to visit my great-nan, she seems really happy there. Home is very nice and tidy. Staff are lovely.
Thank you for your wonderful five star review. Much appreciated.
