The care my dad received was exceptional. He loved staying here, and he loved the staff. When we visited, the staff were welcoming and helpful. I can't thank them enough.

My mum has been a resident for two weeks. I am really pleased with the care and support she is receiving. I cannot find any fault with anything. Staff are lovely and my mum seems very happy. Great job Victoria Highgrove.

The staff at Highgrove worked incredibly hard to give my mum the best care. I could relax knowing she was safe and getting good rehab. The food, rooming and facilities are excellent and have a warm homely feel. Mum’s room was clean and well-appointed. You were always made welcome when you visited. Thank

The refurbished home is lovely, so much better. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much for them. They make us feel very welcome and help Dad with all his needs. The room is big and bright and my father is very happy in himself and getting better every day with the great care he is getting.

My mother was released from hospital to the nursing home and she was very happy here for the days she was there. All the staff looked after her really well. Her room was bright and clean and she enjoyed her meals. We were really impressed with the place and she will be happy to return if necessary.

Highgrove is a fantastic place, all the staff and the manager are lovely. I couldn't ask for a better place for my nana to be cared for. Having worked in the care industry I can see how well my nana is being cared for, how efficient everyone is and how supportive all members of staff are. Five stars
in my eyes.

NHS patient rehabilitation from a fractured pelvis. Very good care and support. Physiotherapists moved me on from a Zimmer frame to crutches. Staff support for exercising to walk about including stair climbing.

My dad was a resident for three weeks in June, to rehabilitate after a hip operation. The staff were all so friendly, professional, caring and dedicated. They provided a great service to my dad and his family, who were welcome to visit every day. Thank you so much!

I can’t praise Victoria Highgrove highly enough. I’ve just come home after almost five weeks of exceptional care as a resident for rehabilitation following a neck femur fracture and a fractured clavicle. All the staff were unfailingly pleasant, friendly, and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and
my wife and I were spoiled with coffees and biscuits daily. It was a real privilege that one of the nurses took me for a shower on many days even when I was not as quick as I eventually became. The physios and OT were always encouraging and telling me that I was doing very well in my progress towards greater independence. The practice they put me through in getting up and down stairs was hard work but I am now deeply grateful as I am managing the stairs at home. The room was clean and cared for, the meals were well varied and well prepared and presented.

My mum has been with Highgrive for two weeks, and in that time, we have been so happy with her care - it's hard to put into words.
The staff are caring, kind, patient and knowledgable.
Her health has improved markedly.
Everything has been done to improve her condition, which was very poor when
she arrived.

Victoria Highgrove is a lovely place. It is always clean and fresh. The staff and management are fantastic. They are kind, caring and supportive, not just to Nana but to the entire family. We always feel welcome and they are always on hand to help and support in any way then can. I feel they are caring
and supporting my nan as if she is a member of their family which is the most important thing for us and Nana.

For a period of about 9 weeks, my nursing care was excellent - food, cleaners, nurses, managers, facilities etc. I was very happy to be with such caring and kind people and would recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and well run nursing home.

The staff at Victoria Highgrove Care Home are the most welcoming and caring group of people. They are sensitive to their clients' needs and respond quickly to any help needed.
The home itself is spotlessly clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is a pleasant dining room and lounge area with access
to a pretty courtyard for sitting. If you cannot be home, it is the next best place!

We were kept informed by staff from day one of my father's condition. He spent two weeks at Victoria Highgrove Care Home until he passed away. We were so pleased he ended his days here, he was much more comfortable than he would have been in hospital or home. The staff were so helpful, nothing seemed
to be too much for them. We had regular talks as he became less well. This made the process so much easier for all of us. We couldn't recommend them more. Thank you.

I cannot commend this care home highly enough. All members of staff, regardless of their role, were unfailingly warm and professional, both to the service user and family members. The level of care was exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food was varied and good. The whole
