We are very pleased with the care home, they have been very kind and efficient with her and do many checks on her to make sure she's ok. Every staff member is outstanding. The food also has been very good, very clean and really good about visiting times. They help her all the time and reassure her when
she is upset. The staff also entertain the patients.

Professional, clean and welcoming. My dad came into the home in January 2023. He has felt welcomed and cared for every day. The staff are friendly, loving, and caring and ensured dad is looked after and his needs met. They even asked him to sing in his room. Hugely recommended it to anybody.

My stay was for rehabilitation after a fracture. From my admission, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The support I received gave me the confidence to progress and be able to go home. A home from home environment and lovely room.

This is a wonderful place. The staff can't do enough for you. I love the activities and the Valentine's party. The food was lovely and choice offered every day. I'm really going to miss the home. The physio and occupational therapist were so attentive. The management of the home regularly checked if
I was okay and do I need anything. Very clean home. My visitors were made to feel welcome. My family were so happy with the care I received.

My father-in-law was taken to Victoria Highgrove in January and left on Monday the 20th of February. He was taken with all the staff as they treated him so well. He used to sing songs to the two girls who used to take care of his personal needs. My father-in-law didn't want to leave the home and when
he did, he asked me to take photos of the staff so he could remember them.

My wife was very well looked after and cared for at Victoria Highgrove Care Home. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff, day or night, and I was always made very welcome when I visited. The facilities were very comfortable, spacious and clean and I know my wife was happy there.

My nan has been at the home nearly four weeks after having a nasty fall at home. She has been made very comfortable and the staff are great. The round-the-clock care and services provided have been fantastic.

This is a lovely care home. I would be happy to stay here if I needed to. My dear friend had a lovely room all to herself, with toilet and sink facilities of her own (not that she could use them), but they were there. The room was warm, totally clean and well-equipped for her needs, with a much-needed
TV, openable windows and a view. She much preferred being here than in the hospital because it was so quiet, and she could, at last, sleep at night. The staff were superb, very friendly, helpful, chatty and attentive. I was even offered a cup of coffee on one of my visits. Whether I should say this or not, they even allowed me to bring my small dog in to see my friend too. And I could park in the area out front for free, even better! Thank you to all for looking after her during the time she was with you.

The staff were kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble. I was treated with dignity and respect. My room was comfortable and bright. Due to a covid outbreak, I was unable to join any activities. The staff dealt with the outbreak superbly to keep everyone safe. If I had to choose a home to be cared
for, this would be the one. Only one issue - the TV in the room is past its sell-by date.

The care at the home was superb. The staff were so attentive. The manager always checked I was ok. The home was so clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel so much better in myself for my rehabilitation care. The activities were wonderful as I enjoyed the singers, group chat and making things,
especially a poppy for remembrance Sunday. My daughter was always kept informed of my care needs.
