I have enjoyed my stay here. Everybody helpfull & friendly will miss them!!
Best wishes.
Was sent from hospital for respite care following hip operation. Staff were caring and welcoming I was treated with dignity. Premises were clean and welcoming decor. Bedding was changed regularly and patient clothes also. If hot drinks were asked for out of usual meal times they were provided without query. You felt comfortable as times. Visitors were welcome and tea/etc was provided if requested for them also.
I was given a warm welcome from Eliza and some of her staff. I was only a short term resident but I was catered for. The food was lovely and freshly cooked. My room was small but it was clean. I was given a lovely bath and hair wash that a carer helped me with. She treated me with respect and dignity. I was a short term patient but treated very well.
Delighted you found our service treated you so well.
My stay has been excellent.
Thank you.
Very good, well cared for.
Thank you for your very positive review, it is much appreciated.
The staff here are absolutely wonderful, cheerful, helpful and extremely kind. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is 5 star and the chef's interested in your likes and dislikes. There is nothing that I can fault with my whole experience. It has been wonderful.
Thank you.
I have spent practically all of April in this lovely nursing home. I have been treated with the upmost care and compassion by all the staff. Food has been very good variety of all meats, fruit and veg. Soups lovely. Nurses have been brilliant with keeping my pain under control, and assisting me when I had low days. Carers are equally amazing too. Physio and occupational therapists have been encouraging and very helpful.
I am so pleased that the experience has been so positive for you.
I was here for 3 months with the most fantastic consideration and care from everyone. Thank you Chatsworth. Food good.
Much appreciated.
I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone connected with Victoria Chatsworth House, I had the most wonderful stay and was treated with so much care and kindness. Indeed, my only regret was saying goodbye to new found friends. Perhaps not the happiest of circumstances which brought me to Chatsworth but an experience I will never forget. I cannot begin to itemise the many aspects of my time, warm bed, excellent food and wonderful staff. I must book for my next holiday!
After having a nasty fall and breaking collar bone and leg I was sent to Victoria Chatsworth care home where with the wonderful staff physios I was soon getting over my ordeal. I cant praise the staff and everybody enough and the food was marvellous. Everyone of the staff were caring and didn't mind what they did for me I recommend it to anybody met some nice people to. Thank you.
I am delighted your experience was so positive.
While most things were good my room was dirty and never got cleans once all the time I was with you and the towels could have been changed regularly.
I am very sorry to hear this and can't quite understand as our cleaner has been with us for 20+ years without issue. I will obviously need to find out what happened to ensure this doesn't occur in the future. Very sorry.
I am in my 80's and was very nervous about going into a nursing home but on arrival I was pleasantly surprised, so different from what I expected. Everybody very friendly couldn't do enough for you it was my first time as a patient not a visitor, food was very much. I was so suprised and always looked forward to meals, not dreading them.
I am so glad that we were able to show you how enjoyable a nursing home can be.
I cannot fault anything or anyone at this care home. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The food is very good and with the home made touch.
Much appreciated.
I only have good things to say about the staff - caring cheerful, making me feel at home rially. I do find that the room was very tired looking and needed decorating plus new carpet otherwise comfortable.
We are sorry to hear your observations regarding the bedroom but we do agree with you and as soon as we can have the room vacant it will be getting a full refurbishment. I am sorry this wasn't done by the time you were admitted.
Excellent care and attention from all the staff, nothing was too much trouble.
We really appreciate your awarding us a 5-star review.
All the members of staff were kind and very helpful nothing was any trouble I could not have been in better hands I thank each and everyone of you for your very valuable time and patience.
We much appreciate your awarding us a 5-star review.
Given gentle, caring and respectful attention throughout my time here. I felt secure. I missed my radio and music and books.
Very sorry you missed your radio but do feel free to ask if we can help source this for you in future.
