Pinewood Nursing Home Reviews (1)
Over all time Pinewood Nursing Home has 1 review.
Firstly I would like to say that nearly without exception all the staff were lovely. However, there were issues that meant my mother's health suffered to the point of hospitalisation. Many of her health complaints were minimised and the record keeping did not appear to reflect what was happening. Communication between the kitchen and nursing was a bit hit-and-miss. Where my mother was diabetic. I do truly believe that the staff cared about my Mother but somehow her needs were not met. A Safeguarding Incident has been raised and we hope this will bring back the well-managed home we believed it to be when we placed Mum there.
Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate your comments, however, at the present time we are not able to comment on the Safeguarding as the issues raised are currently being reviewed. Regarding the other issues mentioned, her diabetes was well managed by staff however we cannot control...
