Some carers are more efficient and more caring. I think more activities or someone taking time talking to them as you can see the difference in the residents when this happens. Things have improved greatly.

It's lovely when I visit my dad to see how well he is looked after. Our family are so pleased with his care. I know when I go home, I'm not sad leaving him, as I know he will be looked after so well by the amazing staff. I would thank you so much for all the care my dad receives.

I am very grateful for the continuing care given to my mother since she was admitted to the dementia care section of St George’s Court last August. Staff are very caring, and under the very difficult circumstances surrounding Coronavirus, have worked exceptionally hard to make day-to-day life as good as it can be for the residents. It’s fantastic that now restrictions have been eased, activities are increasing, and the stimulation provided by these is much appreciated. The social media page is a good way of seeing some of the activities that occur, and it’s lovely to see my mum in some of the photos engaging in these.

Thanks again, St George’s Court; you really went above and beyond for my grandad after everything he had been through. Thank you.

My mother was in St Georges, and I couldn't have wished for a better or more caring home. From the manager, care manager, the nurses and carers, all staff were very kind and very professional. There is also a lovely garden to sit in. I had regular phone updates and calls when my mother became ill. Thank you.

Communication with management via email is very good.

It feels like home here. My mother-in-law tells me she likes it here and that everyone is kind and lovely. She says they look after her well and she is happy. I agree. What I see is that people are patient and kind, and they know my mother-in-law well. They are a new family to her, and although we are sad she can't be with us, we know it's best for her to be here amongst kind people who know her and care. Thank you.

The staff have certainly had some tough times this last year with Covid restrictions, but my observations are such that they have come through it all with fortitude and professionalism. I think that there have been times, especially at weekends, when they have been stretched, but I have nothing but praise of the all, and in particular, for those on reception and the onsite manager.

Thank you, St George's Court, for caring for our relative for the past few months. Whenever we visited her, we were aware of the hard work and compassion shown to her. The whole management team provided us with answers in an approachable and kind manner, and the extremely hardworking care staff and nurses made her brief stay there easier for her despite her difficulties.

I am very happy at St Georges. The staff are my angels and are always there when I need them.

My dad has now been in St George's Court for 18-months. He moved here after we sadly lost our Mum. Also, one week before the first lockdown. We were really worried about how well he and we would adapt to him being in a care home. I have nothing but praise for the work and compassion your carers have had for us as a family.

All staff - manager, care manager, all nurses and carers we have spoken to are so helpful and kind on the phone and face to face. Also the reception is very helpful and always very happy when we come to visit Mum. Mum's getting very good care. Thank you to all the staff, you're doing a very good job.

Thank you, St Georges Court Home and the excellent staff attending to our Uncle during his closing days where he passed away on 20th April 2021.

The entire family living abroad trans globally, it was a difficult time to deal with not only Uncle's failing health, but many other factors relating to a time such as this. On all levels, the staff understood our dilemma and the contributing factors of Covid -19 as well!

The kindness of everyone was beyond words - sending photos and videos, updating us even in their off time - ensure the on-duty staff continued. My particular appreciation and respect go to an incredible particular member of staff, who made his days most comfortable. A nurse must be commended, and although I did not personally have comms with the night nurse - others in the family commend her attitude and care too.

There could not have been a better place from when Uncle went gently into his night.

Our lovely friend spent a few weeks at St George’s Court and was cared for beautifully by the manager and the whole team. The nursing care and the personal interest was taken by staff to ensure his family and friends were kept updated during these difficult times was excellent. Thank you very much to you all.
