Cottenham Court provides tailored care solutions for anyone looking for nursing, residential and short stay care, as well as care and support for those living with Parkinson’s or Multiple Sclerosis.

On entering the care home it has a warm and relaxed atmosphere and is clean and spacious. The staff always appear smart and act professionally giving respect and dignity to residents. All staff have always been polite and helpful when I visit and via telephone. It gives me peace of mind to know that
my friend is safe and being cared for.

Mum initially moved into Cottenham Court for two weeks respite after a few falls at home. As a result, she decided she didn't want to leave and so is now a resident. Belonging to the community here appears to have transformed her sense of well-being. Since her arrival, I have noticed several changes
in her attitude. Mum is mostly happy and content, much more sociable, loves the staff and enjoys taking part in the weekly timetabled activities.
The cost of staying at Cottenham Court does worry mum. However, we are doing the best we can to manage her financial situation to enable her to remain if she wishes.
During my weekly visits, I am always welcomed; staff are friendly and chatty. I am incredibly grateful for the way staff care for Mum and ensure her safety.

I came here for a month's respite after an operation on my foot. I needed 24-hour care and it was offered here. I can't fault the staff and management-they have treated me with respect and care and I felt safe and secure. They arrange everything e.g. hospital transport, escorts, physio (private), chiropodist
and activities. They treat everybody with respect and have good relationships with their clients.

The staff at the care home made my mother's 100th birthday so very special. The immediate family who gathered there said it was wonderful and my mother was so happy. She really enjoyed it. I cannot thank you all enough. The staff at the care home are very special.

Staff are excellent, friendly and caring. Food is generally ok. Decor and furniture are good, rooms good and en-suite good. Communal areas and gardens are good. Nice laundry service. Friendly staff and residents are friendly.

On visits to the home, I've always found it to be friendly and the place to be clean and tidy. The rooms could be a little larger but are well furnished. It has two large dining areas and plenty of lounge space. The residents are encouraged to take part in activities provided for them and sometimes
have people in to entertain them. Regarding the gardens, they are well kept and residents have a courtyard garden for their use. When I have had any questions to ask, the staff have always given clear answers or found out for me the required information.

Discharged from hospital after four days treatment for UTI. Live on my own and not fit enough to go home and look after myself. Family arranged two weeks respite care. This has built me up to the point where I can go home with some daily carer hours. Expectations and hope is that I shall be able to
resume my previous independent living.
