Cottenham Court provides tailored care solutions for anyone looking for nursing, residential and short stay care, as well as care and support for those living with Parkinson’s or Multiple Sclerosis.

On visits to the home, I've always found it to be friendly and the place to be clean and tidy. The rooms could be a little larger but are well furnished. It has two large dining areas and plenty of lounge space. The residents are encouraged to take part in activities provided for them and sometimes
have people in to entertain them. Regarding the gardens, they are well kept and residents have a courtyard garden for their use. When I have had any questions to ask, the staff have always given clear answers or found out for me the required information.

Placing my uncle here was a very worrying time for me. But all of the staff in Cottenham Court Care Home were happy to spend time with me and my uncle to blend in and feel comfortable. A massive thank you.

Discharged from hospital after four days treatment for UTI. Live on my own and not fit enough to go home and look after myself. Family arranged two weeks respite care. This has built me up to the point where I can go home with some daily carer hours. Expectations and hope is that I shall be able to
resume my previous independent living.

The staff are all very kind and really friendly, efficient and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always helpful and patient if we cannot think of the words we want to use and always have a smile for us.

I was very well looked after, although I was able to do most things for myself. The food and wine were very much appreciated. The room was comfortable and secure.

After a number of falls, my Mum needed to move to a care home urgently right at the start of the coronavirus lockdown. The manager of Cottenham Court and all her team did a wonderful job during a very difficult time. With their 24 x 7 support and care, Mum was able to transition quickly into life in
the home. When she first arrived at Cottenham Court she was needing help or a wheelchair to get around but under the care of the home, her health stabilised and after 4 months regained confidence to move around the home independently using a walker.
The manager and team provided great support and reassurance for my wife and I during a stressful time.
Activities for residents were very limited due to coronavirus lockdown preventing external visitors/activity providers, but the staff went the extra mile to organise a range of activities.

This home has created a safe, caring environment for my father. I can relax knowing he is happy and looked after. A lot of staff have gone the extra mile during COVID to help keep contact and reassure.

Cottenham Court and the staff are extremely caring. Residents are able to be individuals making choices as far as possible - and are treated with care and dignity. The accommodation is comfortable and nicely presented. Best of all, is the care is excellent - if I need care in the future, I would want

My husband has been so well looked after since arriving here in February. Although he has found lockdown difficult it has been managed well. The only issues I have are with communication occasionally. This must be due to the workload of the staff.

Mum has improved with the care she has received, they have looked after her extremely well. Good food which she enjoys and lovely roast on a Sunday. All the staff and carers talk to her, very friendly she loves her chats with them.
