As a concerned relative, I have found that since the placement of the new general manager the moral has reached rock bottom with many experienced carers leaving. The manager showed disregard toward their staff and residents.
At Athena, we place great importance on maintaining a positive, respectful environment...
During the month we moved units to suit changing needs. This was collaborative and has significantly improved my mother-in-laws standard of life and enjoyment.
Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback about your experience at Aria Court. It is very much appreciated!
From housekeeping,to kitchen staff carers and admin nothing is too much trouble for them, whether residents or relatives. The home from home is clean, food is good and residents are cared for with respect.
When I was looking for care for my hubby Aria Court was the first and only place I viewed as I was put at ease immediately and knew this was the place he would be happy and well cared for.
There are activities that the residents can attend if they wish, but not pushed if they would rather sit in the lounge.
I would like to say a big Thankyou to all staff members for doing a wonderful job and providing a safe and caring place for my hubby.
Thank You for Wonderful feedback and we continue to provide the best quality of care to our residents
I cannot fault the support he has received during this transition. Thank you to everybody.
