My brother has been at Eltisley Manor for a round 10 month's now. The care he receives here is of a high standard , The staff are friendly and caring we as a family are very happy with the home , highly recommended .
Eltisley Manor is an outstanding care home. The home is always very clean, tidy, and well maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
The staff are exceptionally kind, caring, and professional. They are always attentive to residents' needs and treat everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. You can clearly see that the team genuinely cares about the wellbeing and happiness of those living there.
The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and supportive, and there is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the home. Communication with families is excellent, and any questions or concerns are always handled promptly and thoughtfully.
Overall, Eltisley Manor provides a very high standard of care. It is reassuring to know that residents are safe, comfortable, and well looked after. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for quality care in a supportive and well-run setting.
Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughts, this means the world to us to see how we are positively providing the care and support your loved one benefits from.
Growing up has been hard for me even being the only child. My mum has been through so so much with her mental health wich effected me aswell while growing up. My mum has been in your care since 2019 and im so so proud of how far she has come. She bloomed like a bunch of roses although she wont ever properly recover im very proud of her! Thank you for all your care and support for my mum and many years more! Fantastic!!
My Mum lives at Eltisley Manor and I like going to see her. I have always been impressed by the caring attitude of the people that I meet when I am there. I want to go and see her more often and hope to see mum as healthy and happy as we can help her together.
The care and attention my sister receives has in my view contributed to the stabilising of her mood swings since she began living at Eltisley Manor around 3 years ago. The recent high quality upgrades to her accommodation seems to be increasing her sense of wellbeing
Since arriving at Eltisley, our mother seems happier. She engages with the staff and even started cooking again. The staff are incredibly caring, kind, and helpful. We hope this positive change continues.
My mum has had a traumatic time and it has been very upsetting trying to deal with all the emotions she has been going through and having to watch her go through and myself not knowing what to do for the best, but I have to say the staff at Eltisley Manor and Care Manager have been so supportive and caring, not just to my mum, but myself as well and I can now start to see my mum turning a corner, getting back to being her much happier self and not wanting to try and end it all! I truly thank you for all your expertise, kind and caring words throughout this horrendous time as I know its not easy to deal with someone that is so emotionally unstable! Again thank you for all your help as its made life so much more bearable knowing my mum is being cared for by professionals and getting the help and support she really needs!
