Job Title: Manager
Olivia has many years of experience in care. Pre-registration worked as a Managing Team Leader for a community based service (The Disabilities Trust), working with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Asperger’s Sydrome. Post registration worked in Medium Secure hospitals namely, St Andrews Hospital Northampton and Chadwick Lodge in Milton Keynes. During this time gained a Cert/HE in Psycho-Social Interventions-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Bedfordshire University. Moved to Priory Grange St Neots where again undertook further study to become an Independent Nurse Prescriber (V300) (Bedfordshire University)and NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management from Northampton College. Later moved to Nouvita Eltisley Manor in St Neots. Returned back to study at Bedforshire University gaining a qualification MScSCPHN/HV.
Olivia has a passion for care and thrives to ensure that the service she leads delivers clinical excellence in line with Care Quality commission and other regulating bodies.
