I visited my friend daily while her daughter was on holiday. I was made welcome and could visit at any time. When I needed extra reassurance on the care for my friend it was given. Feeding and drinking was an issue for my friend who was unable to manage herself, then it became clear swallowing was a
problem. All these were given attention and now my friend is having meals/drinks that help her diet. The staff are always helping and willing to give the best attention.

My mother was transferred to Broadleigh Nursing Home for the hospital for recuperation and rehabilitation. Sadly she developed severe pneumonia and died. The staff at Broadleigh Nursing Home were absolutely wonderful during my mother's short stay with them. They were extremely caring and allowed her
to retain her dignity. They also looked after me and my husband during our bedside vigil. I can't speak highly enough of them all.

We both feel happy with our Mum living here. When we come to visit we feel comfortable and are pleased that Mum feels okay with everything.

I have felt it a privilege to be a resident at Broadleigh Nursing Home. The house is beautiful - but the main asset that this care home has is its staff.
Every one of them goes the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy and comfortable. Their sense of humour whilst carrying out a very difficult
job is nothing short of amazing.
I congratulate the management and senior staff on their very happy home from home.

All the staff have been supportive in helping my relatives to settle into their new home and have built friendly relationships with them. They are encouraged to take part in activities and are both impressed with their meals.
I am kept well informed about my relatives care and any medical issues. The
staff are always friendly, willing to have a chat and are welcoming on my visits.

We had a look around the place and it's very lovely. The house is very old and lots of rooms. There's a big dining room and a lovely lounge with a big TV. I've spoken to some residents who live there. They are friendly and the staff are very friendly too. There's also a big walk in shower. And a bathroom.
There's a hoist to help to carry people into the bath.
The garden is beautiful. With lots of flowers and seats.
I would recommend this lovely place.

I have been in Broadleigh since September 2015 and so far I have been satisfied with all aspects of care etc. However, I do find that there is very little for men to do with regards to activities. All members of staff have treated me very well and are very helpful and caring
