They care for my relative very well. All staff know them. Could not ask for better care of them. They granted them a wish before Christmas of a pony to visit their room as they love animals. Can't answer on food as resident is peg fed.

My sister entered Barchester Longueville Court Care Home on 09/03/2019. Her room was lovely decorated, always clean and smelling nicely. My sister was given the most warm and caring care given by all the staff and difficult times, like Covid, were dealt with professionally and everyone was kept as safe as possible. The family was treated with kindness and respect, was offered refreshments and a very warm greeting, always given at reception.

As a family, we have been really pleased with the support Mum has received from Longueville Court staff. The atmosphere in the home is lovely, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to provide a welcome and homely place for us to visit and Mum to live. The fact that we know Mum is being looked after 24/7 gives us all peace of mind. There are a variety of activities that Mum loves to join in with, and the staff will make sure she is taken if none of us is able to be there. We love that we can just pop in to see Mum whenever, and the tea/coffee and cake that is always available is wonderful. We are kept informed of any issues or concerns, and the records that are kept of Mum's care are thorough and up to date. All in all, we are so grateful to the whole team, and consider it a privilege that Mum is able to be there. Thank you everyone so much.

On Wednesday 24th January 2024, our beloved father peacefully passed away under the dedicated care of the compassionate professionals at this care home. During his final days, the level of care and support extended to Dad and our family was nothing short of extraordinary.

Their dedication made an indelible impact on our family the staff created an environment of comfort and understanding, which eased the burden for us all. I have been visiting my friend in Barchester Longueville Court Care Home for about two years. All of the staff I've met, from those on reception to nurses, carers, cleaners, gardeners etc have all been very welcoming and friendly. Each area is always spotlessly clean. The whole atmosphere definitely has a real 'home' feel about it.

My father has been a resident at Longueville Court for the past nine months. He has received good nursing care from the team and appears to be as happy as he can be. Unfortunately, he has very limited movement and speech and is completely dependent on staff for all his activities of daily living. However, this has not proved an obstacle for the fantastic activity team. Last week two members of staff took him to Ferry Meadows and managed to get him into a boat onto the lake, which I know he would have thoroughly enjoyed. A great achievement on their behalf, and I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for him. Thank you so much ladies, as a family, we are extremely grateful to you both for brightening up his life, which I know he would really appreciate.

My mother loves spicy food, and curry has started to appear on the menu, much to her delight.
I am a regular visitor to Longueville Court, and all the staff I have met are friendly and caring and do a difficult and often demanding job to a very high standard.

We have been particularly impressed with the activity staff who are extremely enthusiastic and go out of their way to help the residents - they are amazing! For example, they have managed to take Dad to Ferry Meadows on a few occasions - this is a place that is very special to him and he used to visit there nearly every day after our mum died. This has meant a lot to him and although he cannot speak, it is obvious that he enjoys these trips. Yesterday, they even managed to get him into a sailing boat which was a huge achievement and something that we didn't think that Dad would ever be able to do again. We cannot thank them enough for their energy, care and dedication.

The level of care was second to none, we are pleased we chose this care home. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a care home.

From our first visit, the staff were welcoming and friendly. He found them to be caring and considerate, with everything possible being done to ensure his comfort and well-being.
The standards in Longueville Court are high. It is spotlessly clean.
