Lincoln House Care Home

Since Gran's arrival at Lincoln House Care Home she has been cared for by the best staff. She required pureed food which was piped to look like real food- she was given everything she needed and the staff always treated her with care and compassion. As a family member, we were looked after too. Time was always made to answer our questions and worries about gran. It was very re-assuring to know she was looked after when we weren't there with a consistently high level/standard I cannot praise the staff enough.

Dad's care was exactly what the family wanted for him. thank you. Most importantly, the care was 10/10 and the food he also gave 10/10.

I have had a pleasant stay even if my condition did not allow me to do a lot.

Over the year I have visited a number of care homes. Lincoln House is definitely one of the best. The staff always seem happy and caring. There are never any unpleasant smells! Keep up the good work!

as a family we could not have had better care and attention from everyone we came in contact with, nursing care for my husband was wonderful and the staffs kindness was second to none.

I was able to Skype my mother from New Zealand which the staff would organise for me. My mother it seemed as if nothing could be too much trouble, regrettably my mother passed away just after Christmas. Looking back I realise I could not have placed my mother in a better place than Lincoln House.

I have been extremely happy here and well looked after. I would come back again if I needed too. I was worried about coming in to a care home but I have been made very welcome.
