I visit my friend regularly & I am so pleased to see that she is extremely happy with St John's House. She never fails to tell me how comfortable her life is & how much she feels at home. She acknowledges the friendly & caring staff, the opportunities for friendships with other residents & the pleasing accommodation. I can vouch for all of that as I see it first-hand during my visits. The staff are caring & friendly & have always been helpful in responding to any queries. It is pleasing and reassuring to know that my friend is so well cared for.

The amazing care and expertise that my dad recieve is second to none. I would recommend The Paddocks to anyone. Dad is safe and happy that means everything and is piece of mind for all his family.

I cannot fault St John's House's delivery of care which my mother has been afforded since taking up residency earlier in 2026. The accommodation, facilities and all staff have been marvellous both to my mother and extended family and friends when visiting. I would highly recommend St John's, and if i did not live out of area it would be top of my list should I be in need of care provision.

Anzani's care at Lincoln House has been excellent. Whenever problems have arisen the family have been contacted promptly or enable us to support them staff in caring for Anzani. Because of Anzanis condition she is unable to take part in any activities and opportunities for physiotherapy is limited. Otherwise medical care has been excellent. Anzani is comfortable and cared for with her possessions around her with entertainment by television.

Staff very good. Food very good. Room very good.

During the 2 weeks she was at Highfield House she had a range of opportunities, even going on a trip to Southwold! Management were quick to answer my emails when I checked how mum was and were reassuring to me. When I collected mum at the end of the 2 weeks, she was happy, hugged everyone. The staff were exceptionally kind to my mum and demonstrated a good understanding of her needs, likes and dislikes. I highly recommend Highfield House.

Our father was so happy at St Johns + enjoyed 4 years in his active social schedule + entertainment was exemplary + we were so pleased to see him get involved + thrive in more social situations. Music, singing + dancing were so special to him & he benefitted so much from this. When Dad passed the home helped us host a gathering to remember him which we are so grateful for

I feel that my mum is very well looked after, the care staff are always friendly, polite & attentive despite having so much to do, and so many challenges with all the various needs of all the residents. It's hugely reassuring that the family know mum is safe & sound 24/7. The variety of food choices every day, served in the residents restaurant (which encourages social interaction) is great, as is the different activities every day, morning & afternoon, and the enthusiasm of the staff that carry out these duties. The different communal areas/rooms available to residents & their visitors is a lovely touch too.

Every genuine encouragement should be given to Highfield House.

I cared for my mum at home for 4 years so mum coming into the paddocks was a major thing for me too. The staff were incredibly supportive welcoming and helpfull to myself and mum

I have been very impressed by this home. My main priority is that my dad is being looked after and that he is as happy as can be. I have seen evidence of both of these. Thank you. The staff are incredibly nice and very accomodating. In summary all i can say is thank you for looking after my beloved dad and long may that continue.

I would recommend LH to everyone I know. From the moment we walk in we are greeted by wonderful staff in reception to all the nursing staff & the wonderful cooks, + domestics, we have been visting mom for 3 years + her care has been amazing a few ups + down's with her mood but she's generally very happy. I have witnessed excellence across wellbeing, staff, professionalism, safety, communication and the overall living environment. The home demonstrates a culture of warmth, dignity and genuine person-centred support. My friend frequently comments on feeling "safe, listened to and cared for", which is a strong indication of high-quality person-centred care. Interactions of staff were warm, unhurried and attentive - hallmarks of outstanding care. She is respected by all staff. During heatwave all were kept cool and hydrated. A+++

The visits to see my Auntie are always pleasant and staff are always welcoming. She has settled in well and seems happy in her surroundings.

I attended 20/06/26 when there was a summer fete. It was a really enjoyable day, well planned and well executed. All the Residents looked really happy and i know my Mum had a great time. The stimulation and socialisation is really good for my Mum, with her dementia. The staff were FANTASTIC and really threw themselves into all the activities with such positive energy

I had a lovely room and am looked after very well indeed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and communication between them is excellent - changes are passed on and all runs smoothly. The food is very, very good. I am vegetarian and am offered choices every day. I have only been here for a few weeks, but the staff are friendly, kind and helpful. They all 'pass the time of day' and always ask if thre is anything I need - but they also understand and respect that I like to be quiet most of the time. This is a very big change to my life but, if I can't be at home, I feel lucky to be here.
