Dad was ill recently and I had the reassurance he was being well cared for, being kept up to date which is a relief when my dad is on pallitive care.

The home is beautifully decorated and on the face of it seems really good. My father went for a 2 week respite to try and help him following a fall. I started working at Alice Grange in 2020 and I love it here. Barchester care homes have much better facilities and people than many other settings. The management and staff here work really well together and it means this is a brilliant home to work in.
