My father was at Barking for four weeks on palliative care. He received fantastic care from the whole team at Barking Hall. From the auxiliary staff to the carers, nurses and manager. They provide specialist equipment for his care and safety. He sadly died on December 2015, but he received wonderful
care right to the end. I too received genuine care and concern from staff. They were professional and efficient at their roles but also extremely compassionate and caring. I could not fault the in anyway and would highly recommend this care home to other families in similar situations as I was in.

My mother came to Barking Hill in April of this year, she settled in straight away thanks to the welcoming approach of all the staff. Whenever I visit, my mother seems happy and settled. I can't stress enough the peace of mind I have, knowing that my mother is not only happy, but being looked after
to a very high standard. Thanks to all the dedicated staff.

We asked a lot of Barking Hall as my husband was 49 and in the late stages of brain cancer. You rose to every challenge! His care was outstanding at all hours of the day and night, as was that of myself and our 3 children. Nothing was too much trouble and he was treated with huge compassion, love and
dignity. Everyone from kitchen staff to Nursing and office staff were amazing with their kindness, time and information. In our toughest times your staff were wonderful and did what they do best. The homely environment was a bonus with the children. Thank you doesn't even go half way there. In a care environment you are top of the tree for always going the extra mile for everyone.
