First of all our sincere condolences on the loss of your father.
Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our home as we take great care in listening to what our customers say. I am very sorry to read your feelings towards a hard-working team, wanting to do the best for our residents. when residents reach their end of life, as your father did. Some of the observations such as food charts become irrelevant and the team concentrate on making dad comfortable with pain well managed. This does not mean that he was left without checks. However, I understand that this could have been communicated better and my apologies for the lack of support you felt from the management team. I have shared your comments with the team for lessons to be learned. Once again thank you for your time.
Thank you for your lovely review, I will pass this on to all staff. It was a pleasure to have your Mum with us and we look forward to staying in touch.
Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, we value your feedback and will continue to try to communicate with all families during this difficult time. This is made easier with your regular visits and an opportunity to talk face to face. We are very grateful for the support you give us to provide the best possible care to your husband.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review. I will pass this feedback on to all staff.

Enriching residents' lives means ensuring safety, optimal care, engaging activities, and high-quality life. Trained Nurse from the Philippines, 18 years in England, diverse roles, completed Level 5 Leadership and Management in March 2014, and extensive relevant training.
Elaine really enjoys working with the elderly, she finds it so rewarding and loves her role.

The favourite part of her working day is going to the resident’s rooms for one-to-one talks and also enjoys organising entertainment and watching and taking part.
Elaine's biggest professional challenge was changing from her carer role to activities and her biggest career highlight is getting the home ready for Christmas and organising events for the residents.
The qualities that make Elaine stand out are to be kind, compassionate and understanding. Be a good listener and a good role model for the team
